There is room for two vehicles in the driveway, one directly behind the other. Additional cars can park on the street, when space is available

Swimming Pool:

• Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and must be added for the entire stay. Please note the pool can only be heated when the outside temperature is above 60°F, and we require at least 48 hours' notice if you would like to add this service.

• The pool is serviced every Monday by our maintenance team.

• The pool is for guest use only. Pets are not permitted in the pool.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets less than 60lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets )

• A pet fee of $50/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $50 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.

House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets (less than 30lbs with maximum of 2).

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
