Swimming Pool:

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $75/night and must be purchased for the entire stay.

•Swimming pool: we require 48 hours of advance notice for heating

• Our maintenance team comes by every Monday to service the pool and keep it in tip-top shape.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets less than 30lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets )

• A pet fee of $50/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $50 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.

• Sorry but the pool is for people only, no doggy paddling allowed.
