Nestled at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac for ultimate privacy and peace, yet only a 10-minute walk to Cowes main street, beaches, cafes, and shops.
This open-plan retreat sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 comfortable queen bedrooms – ideal for families with kids, multi-generational trips, or groups wanting room to unwind.
What makes this home special is the eclectic mix of quirky and interesting art pieces throughout, adding personality and conversation starters to the stylish, modern open-plan design—perfect for families who appreciate a unique, memorable vibe without sacrificing comfort.
Master Bedroom 1 – Queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, private ensuite with double vanity, large shower with big rainfall shower (bodywash supplied), separate toilet, huge walk-in robe with towers and hanging racks, wall-mounted smart TV + Chromecast, plantation shutters in both the bedroom and ensuite provide privacy while allowing light.
Bedrooms 2–4 – Queen beds each with built-in robes, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, and sliding door access from the main living area for quieter sleep-ins.
Second living room – Perfect for kids or movie nights: smart TV + Chromecast, HDMI cords supplied for gaming consoles, and a selection of children's toys and books.
Main open-plan living/dining/kitchen – Fully equipped with 5-burner gas stove, 900mm electric oven, air fryer, microwave, Lavazza pod machine (complimentary pods), toaster, kettle, double-door fridge, plus all cooking utensils, BBQ tools, cutlery, crockery, and serving platters located in the walk-in pantry which flows through to the laundry.
The main living area is comprised of a built-in TV + Chromecast for easy streaming from your devices on family movie night! Here you will also find a variety of coffee table books and vintage fishing magazines and a broad selection of board games and a few decks of cards to keep everyone engaged and entertained for family games night. Our home also has super high-speed nbn Internet to allow multiple devices to stream and consoles to game all at once!
Bathrooms – Luxury rear bathroom with rainfall shower (body wash supplied) and oversized bath overlooking trees (plantation shutters for privacy), plus separate toilet. Rear corridor access for bedroom convenience.

Outdoor Entertaining The heart of the home: Step out onto this huge undercover deck with extendable 8-seater teak dining table, outdoor couch + seating, and Weber family Q perfect for family BBQs or lazy weekend mornings enjoying your coffee in the sunshine. Surrounded by veggie gardens (seasonal fresh produce like tomatoes, herbs, lettuce + more). Huge double doors and a large sliding windows allow easy access whilst also providing excellent ventilation and natural light (lockable security screens).
Parking & Extras Secure off-street parking for up to 4 cars, plus space behind gates for a boat/jetski trailer (up to ~9m) or motorbike or race car trailer (please note the slope – secure handbrake). Hidden and private. Full linen provided (Beds made, fully stocked with high quality Linenhouse bath/hand/tea towels, bath mats). Self check-in available, you may request your own code.

This stylish secluded sanctuary has everything provided in the home. This house has a spacious kitchen bench and living area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 tv's. Refrigerated air conditioning and a fireplace. You will be outside on the verandah on the hot nights which is gorgeously surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants. And Included a Weber barbi. This house is positioned close to the restaurants and shops and the main beach. The host is lovely and very responsive and helpful. You won't find another house this clean and comfortable situated in cowes. It's a standout to the rest. It’s a house of luxury. 10 stars.

We were two families that booked the home with 3 kids between us. The house is child-friendly. It is located in a Close, therefore no vehicles pass through, making it safe for children even if they step outside.
The house itself was spotless, and came with all necessary amenities one would expect in a holiday home. The house is very big, and came with 3 televisions in two living and one bedroom.
The covered patio area was huge and had a large outdoor dining table. There was also a barbecue stove that we didn't use, but was nice to have.
In the kitchen there were utensils, plates, cups, glasses, spoons, ladles, napkins etc. required for 2-3 small families to make all the meals at home. The fridge provided was also large, allowing to store enough food.
What pleasantly surprised us was that the landlord had complementary soft drinks, popcorn and chips in the kitchen. This is a lifesaver for families that drive down after a long trip, when kids and adults alike crave that little snack. This really lightened up our experience.
The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. We were provided with bath towels of surprisingly good quality.
The laundry came with a washing machine and also a dryer. There was a clothes line outside too.
There was enough parking for two large SUVs.
The landlord was always available over chat for any questions.
Overall it was a great experience. If we visit again, we would love to book the same house once more.

Spending my time in Phillip Island, now Pakenham, I enjoy fishing and golfing as my two primary hobbies, both of which are aplenty on the Island.
My favourite thing about hosting is being able to provide the guests with a beautifully curated home which shows my exact character and personality through the artwork and how the home/property is laid out, including the functionality of the block and all the veggie gardens, and outdoor space to enjoy a bbq in the evenings, or a beautiful breakfast drenched in morning sun with a hot coffee.

Phillip Island is such a unique landscape, from bay beaches to ocean surf, and on the interior you have gum and cypress tree lined roads with gentle rolling hills filled with cows and sheep, reminiscent of South Gippsland. I love the feeling of the crisp morning air "inland" of the coast, but knowing you are literally never more than 5 or 10 minutes from one of 26 local beaches on Phillip Island.

I believe the scale and layout of my property sets it apart. Everything is geared towards functionality and enjoyability. Enjoying dinners out on the deck just off the main dining area, the huge kitchen bench, the second living area, it provides space for everyone in the family to have their own zones while also having great common areas for interacting.
