Amazing gardens surround this traditional 981 sf, 2 bedroom, 2 bath Carmel Cottage located midway between Carmel City Beach and Carmel River Beach. Be in the center of everything at this wonderful location where you can stroll over to Mission Ranch for Sunday Brunch or Happy Hour meals, or hop in your car and get to convenient shopping destinations like the Crossroads or Barnyard Shopping Centers or downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea boutique shops. The Monterey Bay Aquarium and historic Cannery Row are only about 15 minutes away by car.

Living Space
A spacious patio area and beautifully maintained gardens greet you as you approach the front door. Enter into an old classic living room with a cabin-like feel, high beam ceilings, wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and windows looking out to the front and back gardens. The home is all one level inside.

Kitchen and Dining
The dining area has a wood table with seating for six, and opens to the fully-equipped kitchen with a vintage Wedgewood gas range and oven, and a door opening to the side stone patio and gardens.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and is decorated in soft, soothing pastels.
The full hall bath has a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has two twin beds plus a second adjoining sleeping area with two more twins, all dressed in coordinating plaids and florals, along with an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.

The home is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use.

Off-street parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
