Offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms, tastefully decorated with glowing oak hardwood floors and new lush carpet in the bedrooms and living room, our light and airy cottage opens to two private garden atrium's that light up each room through French doors and windows. Relax in the comfortable living room with its warming gas fireplace and high white-washed A-frame ceilings.

The bright galley kitchen, tiled in Delft blue, faces the front garden with birds and squirrels playing among the flowers. It is furnished with stainless steel appliances and just about everything needed to cook and serve a gourmet meal.

Views of a lovely fern garden and atrium frame the master bedroom with it's comfortable king-sized Tempurpedic mattress, dressing room and bathroom with tub/shower combo. A lovely new king-sized bed graces the guest bedroom, which has easy access to the second bathroom with shower.

The attached garage, with electric door, protects your car from pine sap and weather. Beach towels and chairs are available in the garage for those beach days when blue skies and bright sunshine beckon. A propane BBQ and bistro sitting set offer a comfortable spot for grilling and relaxing in the large atrium with a nice glass of wine or cup of coffee. An inviting bistro sitting set with fire pit in the front yard is the perfect place to enjoy an evening drink and listen to the sounds of the sea below. You will be at peace in this little piece of heaven we call Sunswept by the Sea!!
