You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes.



Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm.



Please clean your dishes and the oven after use, extra cleaning charges apply from $50 if the oven and other appliances are found uncleaned after use.



Please ensure all the lights, appliances, fans and AC are switched off when leaving.



Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your to have a great stay.



Please note that there are several construction sites near the house, so some noise may be expected.

The bistro and bar is located at the mezzanine level and open for breakfast daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and for dinner from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and is closed Sunday and Monday

Parties and events are not allowed. Please ensure music is kept to a reasonable level and no noise after 10:00 pm.

Self-Check In: Be sure to read the self-check in instructions carefully and contact us anytime you have a problem finding the location. The instructions will be sent to you one day prior to check in date.



Loss of Keys: Once you have checked in, the keys and access devises are your responsibility. Charges for loss of key/access devices are $300 per set. If you are locked out of the property, there will be a fee of $100 to arrange for the door to be unlocked. Alternatively, you may call a local locksmith.



Damage: The deposit will be utilised to compensate any damage or loss caused by guests.
