This 700sq ft laneway house is on 2 levels with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Can accommodate 6 people max, but it will comfortably fit 4 or 5 people.
MAIN FLOOR - 1 bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a shower, kitchen, dining, livingroom with a sofa bed and TV **In the summer months there is a portable air conditioner in the livingroom
UPSTAIRS - 1 bedroom with a queen bed and balcony, bathroom with a bathtub and shower, washer and dryer
Parking - FREE designated parking in the back and parking in the front.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire laneway house without sharing with anyone. It is located behind the main house and you can check yourself in using a code on the keypad (no keys).
