Ce bungalow spacieux dispose de 3 chambres avec un total de 6 chambres à coucher et est idéal pour les petits groupes ou les familles. La maison est moderne et confortablement meublées.

La chambre double a sa propre salle de bain de lumière du jour avec douche, toilettes et lavabo et une grande armoire à glace. La deuxième chambre est équipée de deux lits simples et modernes grande armoire à glace. La troisième chambre a un lit moderne de haute qualité (avec 1 lit et 1 lit-dessus du fond - à la fois pour les adultes geieignet) et une armoire intégrée. Dans la maison il ya un zweitesTageslichtbad avec baignoire / douche, lavabo et toilettes. Cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec plaques de cuisson, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et congélateur, micro-ondes, laveuse, sécheuse. Le salon moderne dispose d'une seconde salle à manger et est équipée d'une télévision à écran plat et Steroeanlage.

Clean and comfortable. Train and bus stations 15" by foot took us where we needed to be with many return times well into evening. 40" by train to Waverley. CO-OP nearby too. Thanks Billy.

Nice base for exploring Edinburgh and Fife

Very nicely appointed home with rich woodwork and comfortable beds and bathrooms. The kitchen is easy to use and spacious enough for up to three people to cook at the same time. Laundry / Washer / Dryer are perfectly usable. Nice sitting area with television and a dining area. The neighbourhood is very quiet but active with lots of work going on in surrounding homes while we were there. (We were in no way bothered by the work nor the noise.) All in all a nice stay in a nice area at a good price. We walked to the train station (15 minutes walk) and took the train to Edinburgh. This train trip is fantastic as it is very comfortable and the views of the coastline are breathtaking. We visited some things in the area including the Wemyss caves which were quite interesting. Easy to access local amenities (including a nearby superette by foot). I give a hearty recommendation to Billy and Sylvia's Schwabenhausle.

Casa espectacular en zona tranquila

Disfrutamos mucho de esta gran casa en zona residencial tranquila y segura. Con plaza de aparcamiento privada, aunque no cerrada. Muy bien equipada y con mucha limpieza. Camas cómodas. La comunicación con el propietario de 10. Buenas conexión wifi.

Silvia y yo esperamos que tú y tu familia (a pesar del tiempo) hayáis disfrutado mucho de vuestras vacaciones en Escocia y os hayáis sentido como en casa en nuestro bungalow. Esperamos que tuviérais un buen viaje de vuelta a casa. Very nice location

It is a shame that I had to take some stars off my rating because it really is a very nice property in a great location. However, the neighbours could see everything we did in the kitchen/diner because the blinds have been removed and the double bed was very uncomfortable as there were 2 single beds that did not fit together.

Clean, comfortable bungalow

We booked this at short notice as our overseas holiday was a victim of Covid. The bungalow was very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner and housekeeper were very good. There is lots to see and do around Fife. The Co-op being only a few minutes’ walk away is really handy. Our only suggestions would be a few more mugs and a wooden spoon in the kitchen.

Lovely bungalow, convenient Fife's towns and beaches.

Lovely, well equipped property with comfortable beds. Very clean and well looked after by housekeeper. Excellent communication with the owner. Well located for visiting the towns and beaches of Fife. Other places of interest such Stirling and Dundee are within an hours drive. Edinburgh is 40 minutes by train.

Lovely house in a quiet location, well placed for exploring the area.

We had a lovely week in Kirkcaldy. The house was spotless and tidy with spacious rooms and everything you could need. On one night we had some horrendous thunderstorms and rain and both the owner and the housekeeper checked we’d survived without getting washed away. The house is in a great location for exploring and for the golf courses. Would definitely stay again

Great family size fully equipped and well kept accommodation in lovely quiet location but close to local shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, easy driving distance of many attractions and child-friendly activities.

Super modernes uns großes Haus

Das Haus in Kirkcaldy befindet sich in einen ruhigen Wohnvertiel (in eine Sackgasse) aber fußlaufig zur Stadtmitte. Es ist sehr modern, sauber und hat alles was man braucht um wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Alle Räume sind groß mit viel Schrankfläche und einen großen Garten. Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben viel Zeit in den geschlossenen Garten mit Freunden verbracht.

We were very fortunate to have stayed in this lovely home for two weeks . Spacious three bedrooms and a beautiful backyard. Location is perfect to travel throughout Scotland.
