The large kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for two, ideal for casual meals or morning coffee. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room comfortably seats up to six, creating a welcoming space for shared meals and memorable moments.

Through the sliding glass doors, you'll find your serene lakefront retreat, a peaceful setting to enjoy your morning coffee. A convenient half bathroom completes the main level.

Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms, thoughtfully laid out for privacy and comfort. The primary suite is a true retreat, offering a queen-size bed, TV, and picturesque lake views. The attached primary bathroom features a dual vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a desk, perfect for setting up a remote office or quiet workspace. The third bedroom is ideal for guests or family, with two twin-size beds and ample closet space. A full second bathroom with a large vanity and shower and tub combination serves the additional bedrooms.

There is an additional $40 per guest fee for a Car Pass, and Amenity ID upon arrival per the HOA.
