Great location

Located in South Venice which we like. The condo was comfortable and the pool is very nice, especially with red tide present at the local beaches.

Relaxing and Perfect

Paul was a great host and was attentive when needed. Check in and out were easy and convenient as well. The patios were great and we were pleased the kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking needs. Loved the pool noodles and beach equipment he had and the pool was only a two minute walk. Overall the location was quiet, clean, and perfect for a relaxing girls trip! Thanks so much Paul!

Overlooking the golf course

It was a nice and clean condo that overlooked the golf course. It was very quiet and good location to take a walk. It’s a private course, so you can’t make a reservation here to golf, but there are several public courses nearby that you can, if you golf. If you don’t golf, the pool is right there and very nice. There are plenty of places you can drive to for entertainment in Venice. We love the shops and restaurants in Venice. Also, very nice to walk or take your bike around here.

Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that we thought that the unit was closer to Venice itself.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and if your only complaint was that you weren't not closer to downtown Venice, then I'm surprised you gave me as your host only 3 stars as opposed to everyone else who gave me 5 stars. Perhaps you should check the location before you book you next stay.

Well equipped condo in a wonderful community

Condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, beautiful breeze blowing though from back to front lanai. Well equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach umbrella, large beach towels! Close to Manasota Beach. Not far to a fabulous tiki bar, Pops in Nokomis. We loved our stay.

The property was perfect!

We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was spotless and just as pictured. Very quiet community which we appreciated. Paul was very accessible by phone, text and email through the booking process and also through our stay. We had a challenge with the washer and within a couple of hours he had someone out to fix the problem. Wonderful property, great area, I would definitely recommend this condo!

Unit # 171 Stay

Unit 171 is a newly remodeled two bedroom condo. The new floors there look great. View of the golf course and wild life is second to none. Thanks Paul, we will be back!

Born and raised in Danbury Connecticut, Paul and his wife have decided to spend their winters in beautiful Venice Florida. Starting with a condo and then upgrading to a house. Soon one condo became two and two became three and three became four. Paul has sold this condo and now co-manages it with the new Owner Pat
