The home features 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms, making it ideal for families, groups, or corporate travellers.

Sleeps 12 guests with 1 GB Wi-Fi, workstation & self-check-in.

Free on-site parking - The house has a detached garage. Entry from the back street. Details will be provided for garage access upon booking confirmation.

Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay.

For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed and monitor entrances and outdoor areas only.

→ Quiet Hours 11 PM to 7 AM everyday. Violation will result in $1000+ fine and cancellation.

→ Smoking Policy
Smoking or vaping indoors or outdoors is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $1,000+ fee for odor removal and deep cleaning.

→ Cleanliness & Care
Excessive mess, damage, or failure to follow basic cleanliness standards may result in a $1,000+ charge, including but not limited to stains, trash left behind, or damaged furniture.

→ Unregistered Guests
All guests must be registered on the reservation. A $100 fee per night per unregistered guest will apply.

→ Pets policy: Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. $149 charge per pet will be charged. This is for deep cleaning and to keep the house allergen free for future guests.

→ Smart TV
Smart TVs are provided but streaming services are not pre-signed. Guests may use their own logins and are asked to log out before checkout.

→ Service animals are exempt as per Airbnb guidelines. There will still be a $149 pet cleaning fee per pet for deep cleaning.
