Calypso Studio is a peaceful hotel-style retreat located within the tropical grounds of Mango Lagoon Resort in Palm Cove. Surrounded by palm trees and mountain views, this bright and comfortable space is ideal for travellers seeking simplicity, comfort, and convenience in a resort setting.

The studio offers the comfort and practicality of a hotel room, featuring a plush king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and essential amenities including a mini fridge, coffee machine, and items for preparing tea or coffee. Please note that the studio does not include a kitchen or dining area.

Guests can unwind in the resort’s beautifully maintained tropical gardens or cool off in one of four sparkling swimming pools. With its calm atmosphere, resort-style facilities, and easy access to Palm Cove’s beach and Esplanade, Calypso Studio offers a comfortable and relaxing base for your tropical getaway.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
