Our stay was absolutely perfect! Kay’s communication before and throughout our visit was outstanding, making everything seamless. The apartment was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the water. The location is fantastic, just steps away from a variety of restaurants, the Night Market, the Marina etc.

Wonderful Ocean view on the Esplanade. Convenient location for reef tours and bus pick ups for tours into the rainforest. Condo was clean, well appointed as listed, grocery and restaurants very close. Air conditioning kept the unit very comfortable.

Dream stay for a young family

Kay's apartment is in the centre of it all and, most importantly for young families, just a short stroll from the Lagoon and Muddys playground.

What a wonderful place to stay, absolutely immaculate, very well appointed with everything you need, and a fantastic view from the balcony, in an ideal location to access for the esplanade, the marina and bars and restaurants. Communication with owner Kay was excellent who went above and beyond by very kindly collecting us from the airport. Can't recommend it highly enough. Than you Kay

Perfect Location

First thing you will notice is how clean the apartment is, with a beautiful view and nice big king size bed. The kitchenette has every thing you need for your stay and Kaye’s communication is always prompt.

Great location overlooking the esplanade, across the road from the lagoon pool. Restaurants, pier, night market within metres. Apartment is great- clean & very comfortable bedroom and lounge room, apartment facilities great- washing machine very useful, bath/spa relaxing, balcony nice to relax on & view water, watch the Ferris wheel, view also from living area. Pool location is good- relax in sun, grassed area also.

Incredible location! Beautiful deck! Bathroom was outstanding with great countertops and a shower that was unbelievably spacious, easily adjustable and awesome water pressure. Kitchen had huge countertops. Temperature was easily regulated between all rooms. Owner was available at all hours for any questions and answered in an extremely quick timeframe. Per front desk agent guest book needs an update. Washing machine door rubber had not received occasional cleaning and needed to be for use.

Amazing location, comfortable condo

Amazing location, close to everything- diving, restaurants, museum, aquarium, tour pickups. Right on the esplanade. Unit was well outfitted and had everything I needed and a few little extras. Comfortable bed and bedding.hosts were kind and responsive. Would be delighted to stay here again.

Magic Cairns Stay

Arguably the best room in the Royal Harbour complex! The views, location close to everything, the room was immaculately clean and Kay provided everything plus more. We would definitely love to stay again at Esplanade Vues the next time we are in Cairns! Cheers John & Verna.

Short Getaway

Great location,fabulous view and a vista spanning 180°, everything we wished for or needed access to was at our doorstep.It was also a nice welcome by our host Kay to have picked us up at the airport to meet and greet and personally show us the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for our 9 day stay.

Balcony is the best part! Listen to birds at sunrise

Well equipped one bedroom/bath unit on 5th floor. Enjoyed everything about this special spot. Kay kindly met us at the airport to introduced us to the property. She made us feel welcome to Cairns right from the start. Highly recommend using SeaStar for your reef tour.

Wonderful Location!

This is a great little apartment in the perfect location! Everything you need is within walking distance. The terminal to catch your boat is a 5 min walk. There are tons of restaurants on the Esplande, right outside the door, there is a grocery store and convenience store close. The concierge is helpful and helped us book some last minute things. And Kay was in touch before our arrival and even picked us up at the airport. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Exceptional holiday rental

We found the apartment to be exactly as per the photos on the website. The apartment was lovely and clean with fantastic views and everything at our door step and within walking distance. The landlords were fantastic who also went to the trouble to come and pick us up from the airport and walk us through the apartment, a nice way to start a holiday. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a holiday rental. Thankyou Kay and Ross and we look forward to our next visit

Outstanding Accommodation in the Centre of Town.

Fantastic self contained clean and modern accommodation for a couple.The bed was large and comfortable. Located on level 5 with a great water view from the balcony and living room. Choice of numerous eateries within short walking distance all under cover. Alternatively prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine and clothes drying area on the balcony if required. Kay and Ross generous hosts who even delivered us from the airport and showed us around the apartment.

Amazing property

A big thank you to Kay and Ross, our stay at your beautiful apartment in the heart of Cairns was amazing. The photos in this listing does not do this apartment justice. The views are outstanding and the balcony is perfect for enjoying meals without the hot sun hitting us. The apartment has everything you need to cook, restaurants were so close and so many choice of dinner that we didn't need to cook. The bed is super comfy and a range of pillows to suit every sleepers need. A short walk to the ferry if you are booking a reef trip and very short walk to Woolworths as well. The spa is huge and a lot bigger than the photo which was a nice treat at the end of the day. The apartment has everything we needed and we even enjoyed a movie night together with theovies provided. Thank you so much Kay and Ross it was lovely to meet you and you were so welcoming and friendly, we look forward to visiting again soon.

Great communication with the owner. Everything was as described. We enjoyed the balcony and view of the waterfront. Although, the lights on the Ferris wheel were somewhat distracting at night. We made great use of the wash machine and our clothes dried fast on the handy line outside. Kay was especially attentive to our needs and we had a most pleasant 5 night stay.
