In the primary bedroom, wake up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico, while snug beneath the covers of the king size bed. In the afternoon take a break from your fun filled day to watch a show on the flat screen TV. Offers ample storage for your belongings in the two 6-drawer dressers and closet. Pamper yourself in the primary bathroom, features a sleek marble vanity with storage space below for toiletries and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower.
The first guest bedroom is roomy and boasts a queen-size bed. Perfect spot to take an afternoon nap. Has a flat screen TV and 5 & 7 drawer dressers to store personal belongings. The playful second guest bedroom is a great room for the kids. Features two twin size beds, to ensure a restful night of sleep. Additional amenities: 5-drawer dresser, flat screen TV and closet. In each guest bedroom closets are 2 (4 total) additional fold out twin beds.
The large, spacious guest bathroom has a marble vanity with double sinks. Guests can store personal belongings in the generous cupboard space below. Has a striking tub/shower combo, great for taking a hot bubble bath to relax your tired muscles at the end of the day.
The Saida Condominium Community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Take a stroll around the spacious courtyard adorned in exotic foliage to enhance your tropical escape. Stop by the activity center (seasonal) to rent equipment for a thrilling game of tennis, four courts available, or a competitive game of shuffleboard. Take a dip in one of three dazzling beachfront swimming pools (heated in the winter). Quench your thirst with a refreshing cool drink from one of two poolside snack bars (seasonal). Lounge chairs surround each sparkling pool to assist in attaining a sun kissed glow while you lie back and listen to the relaxing ocean waves dancing back and forth along the shoreline. Missing the sand between your toes, enjoy private direct ocean access to the soft sandy beach and the crystal-clear Gulf of Mexico. Seasonal beach rentals are available (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) In the evening unwind in one of four hot tubs as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
