Experience beachfront elegance at Coastal Boho, our fully renovated beachfront retreat! Located on the 6th floor, the master bedroom features a King bed, while the guest room offers 2 Queen beds, a toddler bed, and a Queen sofa bed. The spacious condo includes a fully stocked kitchen. Relax on the balcony with stunning views of the Pool & beach.

This fully renovated condo sits on Saida Towers building IV in South Padre Island. The living room have big windows that allow you to fully take in the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico Lookout. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a large island where family and friends can gather around to spend quality time together.

This Condo is located in the 9-story beach front Southwest building on the 6th floor. The condo is beach front facing with a spectacular view of the Pool, Gulf of Mexico and fireworks during summer season. This condo is in the heart of South Padre Island and steps from the water, restaurants, nightlife, and water sports.

Check In: Guests will be provided with a door code specific to their dates of stay and may self check in anytime after 3PM.
Check Out: Guests must depart by 11AM.

Anyone staying at Saida Towers and Royale Beach & Tennis Club between the ages of 10-32 years or considered to be participating in Spring Break activities will be required to purchase and wear a security wristband. This policy will be enforced from March 1, 2026 - April 5, 2026, which includes Easter week. The cost per wristband will be $25 plus tax (17%).

Super impressed. We've been going to Padre for the past 13 years and this was the best places we've stayed out. The owner was amazing to work with, and so easy going. the place was spotless and gorgeous. Hands down the best! We will definitely stay at this unit next year.

We had a great time staying here! The property accommodated our family of five perfectly, and the location was excellent with easy access to both the beach and the pool. The only issue we encountered was that there was no working washer or dryer available anywhere on the property. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

The pictures to this unit are deceiving. My idea of a premeire property is not this place. This unit needs a fresh coat of paint and decor. There were holes in the doors & walls. The reason there was a lot of space was because there was very litle furniture or decorations in this unit. Light fixtures and switches didn’t work. No washer or dryer in the unit it had been removed. The closet smelt like mildew from leftover beach toys/items that had not been cleaned in the front closet. All toilet product were the same in bath.The veiw was ok, but from building Saidia 4 you cannot see the sun rise or set. The pool area was clean but the chairs are very old and need to be replaced.The bartender only played Tejano music.The 1st night we arrived there was a party in the unit one floor below us in unit 508D. It went until 4am. The propery management nor the police did anything to stop the party. They violated the noise ordinance and ruined our 1st night. The kitchen pots and pans and cookware were old, rusty, inadequate, & incomplete sets. No broiler pan, strainer, measure cups or spoons etc..This place had lots of rules that were not being enforced from pets to grilling on the patio. The elevators were down with only 1 working. The trash receptacle shute didnt work. The beaches are not manicured anymore, very disappointing.This property is very old and in definite need of an upgrade. We will not stay here again.
