Welcome to Evergreen by the Bay, a relaxed and welcoming Sandringham home set amongst leafy parks and reserves, perfect for families or small groups. With all three bedrooms located upstairs, this light-filled home offers a comfortable layout, thoughtful amenities and easy indoor–outdoor living, all within a peaceful bayside setting.
Inside, the home is designed for year-round comfort with heating and cooling in every bedroom. The living spaces are inviting and well appointed, with two Smart TVs for easy downtime and a practical layout that suits both families and friends. Upstairs you’ll find the main bathroom servicing the bedrooms, while a convenient powder room downstairs adds extra functionality for group stays.
Step outside to enjoy the BBQ area, ideal for casual meals after a day exploring the bay. Driveway parking is available for guests (please note the garage is not available for guest use), making coming and going simple and stress-free.

Set in a beautifully green pocket of Sandringham, Evergreen by the Bay is surrounded by parks and walking tracks and is just a 15-minute stroll to Sandringham Beach. Edward Street Beach is close by, with Half Moon Bay only a five-minute drive away. Golf lovers will appreciate the proximity to Royal Melbourne Golf Club and Victoria Golf Club, while local favourites like Bad Shepherd Brewing Co. offer great beer, wine and food nearby.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
