This modern townhouse is three bedrooms (top floor bedroom is an open plan loft room), 2.5 bath and comfortably sleeps four adults but will accept bookings for up to 6 adults. The location sits 15 minutes from the CBD, trams at the doorstep, gourmet food and drink in walking distance and the beach 3 KM away. Ground floor: master bedroom and bathroom, second bedroom and bathroom. First floor: living room, kitchen, powder room and laundry, outdoor deck, second floor: open loft bedroom.

Great host and location

Great location, close to Brighton, St Kilda, Southland and the beach. Theproperty has everything you need. Host is super lovely and accommodating.

Suited our needs but noisy

Pros: The unit itself was beautiful and suited or basic needs. It’s 5 min drive to the ocean and some shopping which was convenient. The beds were comfy. It was easy enough to find nearby off-street parking. It’s dog friendly! Cons: It was a lot noisier than expected and it lacked some basic supplies such as salt, pepper, oil, or enough bin bags or toilet paper for our week-long stay. Unfortunately, you could hear the neighbours upstairs stomping around a fair bit and the alarm system to the building beeped throughout the night on a couple occasions. The internet worked well-enough, but for whatever reason the Netflix was streaming so slowly it was impossible to watch anything and the TV was difficult to navigate and there were no instructions for it (this would have been helpful). It could have been a little cleaner! The house was quite dusty and some of the pots/pans/kitchen items were a bit grubby. Overall - if you’re spending a lot of time at home like we did, I wouldn’t recommend it. However, if you just need a convenient spot to drop off your bags and explore the south side of Melbourne - this place would do the trick!

Bayside stay

Great place, quaint little town house with querky design. Great location with trams outside the door. Close to bay side, St kilda and South Yarra shopping.
