The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please lock all doors and close all blinds and curtains, especially the rumpus and dining room blinds. Check that the laundry door is closed and locked - it’s one often forgotten.
Close all windows. Remove everything from fridge and freezer. Place all towels in the laundry downstairs. Please replace any moved furniture to its original location.
Turn off the air conditioning, all fans, and lights.Take out all rubbish and place in appropriate bins. If there is overflow garbage waste please utilise the green waste bin garbage bag.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house had a lovely view and was close to the shops. Gerringong is a great little town very quiet, 2 min drive down the hill to the beach, beautiful for an early morning walk. Host was easy to contact and helpful.

Everything was fine .But we had to clean the glass to see the view.

Hi Jason, I’m sorry the glass wasn’t perfectly clean. We do try our best to keep it clean but being high on the hill and the amount of wind in Gerringong we get a lot of sea salt on the windows. Thanks for the feedback
