Dunoon Farmhouse is a functioning dairy farm with livestock in the surrounding paddocks. There is NO access into the paddocks at anytime.
NO access to the beach or coastal walk via paddocks NO camping on the property including paddocks & surrounding areas.
Strictly NO fireworks. NO fires permitted on the property including paddocks & surrounds unless in designated areas ie. fireplace.

Magical South Coast retreat

Dunoon farmhouse is a very special place - nestled on a working dairy farm amid lush paddocks with romantic, mature trees overlooking Werri Beach, it gives you the best of sea and tree, surf and turf, fire and field, old and new. The original house has been beautifully and thoughtfully preserved and updated for luxurious modern comfort. It has all the character and atmosphere of an established home, augmented for modern convenience. And near the pick of the South Coast towns of Gerringong and Gerroa.

Celebration with friends

Dunoon farmhouse was a perfect destination to celebrate a wonderful year with friends. The house was beautifully styled and felt so homely and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything and the finer details were appreciated. It was memorable to sit on the sun lounge around the pool admiring the ocean and landscape whilst the cows were heading up to be milked. Well worth a visit

Sensational!

We had such an amazing stay at Dunoon Farmhouse - the property is stunning and has everything you need! Communication with our host was prompt and easy and access to the beautiful south coast beaches and towns were minutes away. Highly recommended!

Perfect country escape

Everything was top shelf. Nothing was lacking. A high end holiday experience that was stress-free and everything to just enjoy the surroundings and the beauty. Great host. Easy communication. No intrusions. Highly recommended.

Amazing stunning country home

Perfect home for a family or group of friends weekend away. Home is just stunning every thing has been so well thought through. Everything you could want is there all at a very high standard. Instructions and communication with owner was great. Could not recommend this property any higher, trying to work out how we could stay there permanently.

Simply stunning

From the moment we drove into the farmhouse, down the long & beautiful country road & amongst the cows, we simply started to unwind. The cleanliness, the wonderful facilities, the immaculate grounds, the open plan, the large & spacious rooms, the refreshing pool and the generous gifts from the owners........l can just go on & on. Without a doubt, this place is a standout & definitely worth visiting again & again. Thank you, Jodi for sharing Dunoon with us. It's truly very special. We can see the love that you & your family have poured into its restoration . You are an amazing host!
