The comfort of the living room will have you fully relaxed and the fully-equipped kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to prepare all your meals. There is a dining area table that seats 4 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast counter. If you need additional sleeping space, there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.
Four Winds 704 sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and a large television. The primary bath has a beautifully tiled and spacious step-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The hallway has an alcove with built-in junior bunks, perfect for younger children!

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. This condo has a Ring Doorbell Camera on the entry door. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
