Oasis 2115, formerly known as Phoenix West II 2115

This is a North facing unit with incredible views of Gulf State Park and awesome rates!!!

Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. No expense was sparred when we decorated this condo at Phoenix West II.

Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, ice-maker and wine cooler will enhance any party. The decor in the condo is exceptional.

The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a king and there are two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom for sleeping up to 8.

Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.

The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Wonderful visit

Lots of room for 8 people to stay & sleep. Each bedroom had its in bathroom plus an extra full bath which was wonderful! It is beautifully decorated. We would definitely rent again

Great Vacation Spot

The condo was clean and the complex was great! There was something for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay and if we go to Alabama again, this is where we will stay!

Awesome Stay

Party of 9 had plenty of space to hang out and all necessary appliances for dining in. The convenience of being steps from the beach and pools made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

Great Family Location

Great for kids! Pools and lazy river were quite a hit for all the kids. Easy beach access! Great restaurants close by. North facing unit but you can see the sunset from the back porch.

Great Condo! Ton of amenities

This was our first time at the Phoenix West 2. We have stayed in orange beach for years, but we had never stayed here. Everything was very clean and convenient.

A few days on the beach

We brought our daughter and a few of her friends for their senior year spring break. We all enjoyed our stay, so much for them to do. The condo was very clean and quiet. The girls were able to go to the pools, hot tubs, and fitness center and I didn’t have to worry about them. Very secured place. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Updates

The layout of the property was great. Loved the amount of rooms & placement. The decor needed some updating & also needed some maintenance. Outlets in master bathroom did not work at all. One bathroom toilet seat was ready to come off & hall light only worked from entrance area. We loved the hot tub, sauna, beach & pool area. It was unfortunately too cool for the lazy river but maybe next time we visit it will be warmer. Short distance to most places we wanted to go. So all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, convenient beach access, pools and lazy river were a lot of fun! The unit was not in the best of shape, stains on the rugs, furniture visibly worn to the point it looked dirty, a lot of scuffs, dings, and holes in the walls from pictures/decor that was removed. There were cheese its under one of the beds left from previous guests and not cleaned. Towels were very dingy and old, mattress protectors were ripped to shreds. For 4 bathrooms plus the kitchen there were only 2 things of hand soap.

The one complaint is the elevators - impossible. Consider staggering times for people to gain access. It literally took hours to get to our room and get our belongings - so starting out was frustrating. It was a holiday weekend, but still way over the top in terms of a problem.

The refrigerator was sparkling clean (seldom happens at most rentals). There were tons of towels. The location was perfect. The folks who worked in the security check-in were always helpful and courteous. We would most definitely ask to rent the same condo (2115) at Phoenix West II the next time we are in the Orange Beach area! Plus, Julia was a DELIGHT to work with--prior to our arrival and during our stay.
