A single dog up to 75lbs is permitted per home (2 dogs total). There is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per stay

*Homes have 10 SHARC passes each.
*Guests are advised that SHARC passes are subject to a meticulous inventory count prior to check-in and immediately after check-out.

Any discrepancy in the number of passes or the absence of any passes during the post-stay inventory will result in a charge of $100.00 per missing pass. This charge will be automatically applied to the payment method on file.
