Notre chalet est charmant, pittoresque et confortable avec une cour arrière ombragée. C'est parfait pour les escapades romantiques ou les vacances en famille. La maison est à une cinquantaine de mètres du quai où vous pouvez regarder le lever du soleil tout en dégustant votre café du matin. Une plage de sable permet un accès facile dans et hors de l'eau que vous preniez des kayaks, des bateaux, ou une chambre à air, ou patauger dans notre lac baignable. Il y a même un sauna juste à côté du pont avec une belle vue sur le lac. Nous fournissons même une variété d'huiles essentielles pour ajouter à l'expérience de sauna! Après avoir profité du lac, vous pourrez vous détendre sur le hamac ou faire griller des guimauves au foyer. Nous fournissons même du bois de chauffage!

L'intérieur de la maison a une sensation très chaleureuse et accueillante qui fait fondre votre stress.

Que vous souhaitiez vous asseoir près de la cheminée et lire un bon livre, jouer à des jeux de société avec votre famille et vos amis, regarder Netflix ou des films de notre collection de DVD classique, nous essayons de vous fournir tout ce dont vous avez besoin. .

Nous fournissons 5 badges pour profiter de nos équipements communautaires ... piscine, plage et terrain de jeux, tennis et terrains de basket-ball (même patinoire en hiver) qui est de l'autre côté du lac en bateau ou à moins de 2 mile drive.

Nous sommes à 10 minutes en voiture de Shop Rite, WalMart, restaurants, golf, et plus encore. Et 20 minutes (ou moins) à Camelback (ski / parc aquatique), les parcs aquatiques du Kalahari, The Crossing outlet centre commercial. Une partie de nos instructions "Check-in" est la liste de plus de 75 choses à faire dans la région.

Louis, We are really surprised and disappointed in your review. Especially because you called with a question at the end of your trip and said what a great time you had and that the beds were very comfortable, and that the weather was perfect. We have many amenities at the house including 3 kayaks ,a row boat with a trolling motor, a peddle boat, and tire tubes to float on the lake. There is an outdoor fire pit with firewood supplied, a hammock, and a sauna. Many of our guests comment that they enjoyed the lake so much, they didn't even leave the property. There are countless activities in the Poconos. I honestly don't know what you were expecting. Do you not enjoy fishing, hiking ,boating, beautiful sunrises on the lake, sitting under the stars by a warm fire, enjoying coffee and cocktails on the deck. fishing and swimming right off the dock? If not then the Poconos is not the place for you.

Excellent location and cabin

We took a quick getaway for the family, and am so happy that we picked to stay here. Everything was as described and there was ample room for everyone. The lake was beautiful and quiet. Great place. Highly recommended.

Family vacation

We always stay on a lake for a week in the summer. We actively go out on boats, ATV’s, horseback riding, ziplining and whatever we can find to do!

Great stay at a great location/house.

My brother and I took our father away for his birthday and we had a great time. Nick and Jill were great and very responsive with any questions that we had. The house was great and we spent a lot of time enjoying the lake and exploring the surrounding area. Overall a very fun and relaxing week!

Peaceful getaway

We had a wonderful week at the lake. The videos the owner shared helped know the layout and what we were to expect. The owners were quick to respond with any questions along the way. The one challenge we faced was limited food storage ( we make all meals at home) but we managed through it. The kitchen was stocked with every pot/pan/serving platters you can think of. Lake was beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed using the paddle boat and kayaks. Definitely a location to keep in mind for a return visit.

Another good time

Our third stay here. Can't say enough good things about the cabin and neighborhood. Cabin is clean and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the grocery store.

Cozy and Delightful

Rented the cabin for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday! It was so cozy and warm in the little cabin and everything was clean and wonderful! The sauna was a delight and very relaxing! We made a lot of incredible memories together there!

Excellent property

Upon arrival we we were welcomed by a very clean house with an amazing view of the lake. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions. The cleaning service they use is top notch! We plan on a return!

Joan, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback. I am glad that you found that we answered your countless emails in a timely manner. You are the first to mention a musty smell. We have mini split AC units in all the rooms. Had you turned them on or opened a window since the weather was beautiful I'm sure that would've taken care of it. The bathroom has a new floor, vanity, toilet and paint job. So I'm not sure what you mean by "it needs work" Our cleaning service has been with us since 2008 and has gotten rave reviews so I'm not sure I understand what floors were dirty. As far as the lake goes...It is a typical lake bottom with rocks and some vegetation. We had a sandy beach installed to make it easy getting in and out of the water and to help prevent wear and tear that dragging the boats can cause. It is shallow and gradually gets to about 30 feet in the middle. It's unfortunate that you didn't have any luck fishing. Our guests have shared pictures with us of them catching many and often quite large fish. We've owned this home since 2008 and in the process of installing a quartz countertop and stone back splash. We take great pride in our homes. We maintain them and offer as many amenities and we can think of. That being said, there are some guests that no matter how much you bend over backwards for, they are never happy.

Cozy and Warm

Stayed here with family, place was warm and cozy. firewood was fully stocked and came in handily. Enough space for all of us. Description of home was very accurate, and homeowners were more than helpful to all our needs and responded very quickly to all our questions. I def will be staying here again!!

Our third time renting this house. That says a lot. We love the lake view, large dock, comfy house, all wonderful amenities, etc. Will book it again!

Great Time

Stayed with wife, 2 kids and 2 dogs for 1 week, loved the house (right on the lake). I think the owner does a great job maintaining the property (kayaks,pedal boat and so much more fun things). I would definitely rent this house again and would recommend anyone thinking about it to do it.

We've owned this house since 2008 and we've tried to make it a home away from home. There is something about this house that just makes you kick back. I don't know if it's the style, the beachy-country feel or what...I'm not sure. It's just that way. Our other house(check out HomeAway #3499507) has a completely different feel to it.
