Nuestra cabaña es encantadora, pintoresca y acogedora, con un patio sombreado. Es perfecto para escapadas románticas o vacaciones familiares. La casa se encuentra a unos 50 pies del muelle donde se puede ver el amanecer mientras disfruta de su café de la mañana. Un área de playa de arena facilita el acceso dentro y fuera del agua ya sea que esté sacando kayaks, botes o cámaras de aire, o vadeando en nuestro lago apto para nadar. Incluso hay una sauna justo en la terraza con una gran vista del lago. ¡Incluso ofrecemos una variedad de aceites esenciales para agregar a la experiencia de la sauna! Después de disfrutar del lago, puede relajarse en la hamaca o asar malvaviscos en el fogón. ¡Incluso ofrecemos Fire Wood!

El interior de la casa tiene una sensación muy cálida y acogedora que simplemente derrite el estrés.

Owners responded to emails in a timely manner. Damp musty smell throughout the house. Floors were not clean. Bathroom needs work. Lake looked beautiful but difficult to swim in due to shallow water level, rocks and weeds. Fishing was poor

Peaceful getaway

We had a wonderful week at the lake. The videos the owner shared helped know the layout and what we were to expect. The owners were quick to respond with any questions along the way. The one challenge we faced was limited food storage ( we make all meals at home) but we managed through it. The kitchen was stocked with every pot/pan/serving platters you can think of. Lake was beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed using the paddle boat and kayaks. Definitely a location to keep in mind for a return visit.

The Serenity and Calm We Needed

Nick and Jill have a magnificent place to let you rest and relax in the beauty of nature. We spent 6 nights and just didn't want to leave. Our pup, Quinn, thought the deer were dog buddies and was jealous to have to stay inside as we hand fed them apple slices. We needed to contact Nick a few times and he was always gracious and quick to reply and extremely helpful and patient. We highly recommend staying at their property. It was a joy and we look forward to returning as soon as possible!

Excellent property

Upon arrival we we were welcomed by a very clean house with an amazing view of the lake. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions. The cleaning service they use is top notch! We plan on a return!

Family vacation

We always stay on a lake for a week in the summer. We actively go out on boats, ATV’s, horseback riding, ziplining and whatever we can find to do!

Great stay at a great location/house.

My brother and I took our father away for his birthday and we had a great time. Nick and Jill were great and very responsive with any questions that we had. The house was great and we spent a lot of time enjoying the lake and exploring the surrounding area. Overall a very fun and relaxing week!

Camp Weekend

The check in process was BRUTAL, the property was nice, but not much privacy with neighbors 10’ away on both sides. My kids first comment upon entering was that the place smells like cigarettes. We left the next morning and drove home instead of completing the weekend.

Cozy and Warm

Stayed here with family, place was warm and cozy. firewood was fully stocked and came in handily. Enough space for all of us. Description of home was very accurate, and homeowners were more than helpful to all our needs and responded very quickly to all our questions. I def will be staying here again!!

January Weekend

House was a good size for two adults, a teenager and a small dog. Dog-friendly rentals can be hit or miss but this one was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed looking out on the frozen lake sitting by the fire. Location of house is a bit of a drive from the gate to the community, but it was fine as we weren't going in and out very much and it was worth it for the quiet street and lakefront property.

Fall Getaway

Started out with a bump! Got there and there was no running water. Had to call owner and he had to call water company. So I had to wait for them to arrive and figure out the problem and of course could not use the bathroom. Took a bit but problem resolved. I have used VRBO 3 times now and each time there was a problem at the property. Last time got a cabin with a hot tub that didn't work. Owner said would get fixed but of course was not. Little things can really put a damper on a trip. Hopefully next time ALL will be good.

Staying at a lake

This particular lake was quite unique because it was extremely shallow. It was perfect for young children who are just learning to swim. No motor boats are allowed or sailboats. The lake accommodates rowboats (with small electric motors), kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, paddle boats. Without the noise of motorboats, the lake is so peaceful and serene.

Great Pocono lake getaway

Nice and homey, clean and functional. Great for a family fishing trip getaway at the Poconos. The "Welcome Center" process was a little tedious and unexpected (Friday around 5 PM), but you only have to do it once. We found almost everything we needed in the home. You have to bring your own sheets and towels.

Restful Week at the Lake

The owners were very responsive to a few questions we had prior to traveling to the vacation house and we really appreciated their responses. We "just" happened to have a week when the moon was full which provided an extra special display of God's creation at night. Fishing, swimming, relaxing, games at night - just good family time.

Another good time

Our third stay here. Can't say enough good things about the cabin and neighborhood. Cabin is clean and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the grocery store.

We've owned this house since 2008 and we've tried to make it a home away from home. There is something about this house that just makes you kick back. I don't know if it's the style, the beachy-country feel or what...I'm not sure. It's just that way. Our other house(check out HomeAway #3499507) has a completely different feel to it.

Location, Location, Location. Whether it's boats in the summer or just not having houses in your back yard have a house on the lake makes all the difference.
