Inside, the light-filled open plan layout offers plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen includes gas cooking, a dishwasher, generous storage, and a breakfast bar, flowing seamlessly to the outdoor entertaining area — perfect for shared meals and easy holiday living.

The master bedroom provides a calm retreat with a walk-in robe, ensuite, and split-system air conditioning. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature ceiling fans and built-in robes, sharing a family bathroom with a bath, shower, and separate toilet.

Step outside to your private courtyard and outdoor lounge, ideal for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or relaxing after a day at the beach. Additional comforts include split-system air conditioning to the main living area and parking for two vehicles (one undercover carport and one driveway space).
