Welcome to our freshly renovated house in Scarborough! With a perfect blend of modern comfort you will have great access to the best beaches in Perth. The proximity to restaurants and entertainment is also perfect, not too close to the bars, but not too far from an excellent collection of beach front and neighborhood restaurants. You will find everything you need for a great family get away in our clean and comfortable space.

**Please note there is a Security Camera in the garage that monitors whoever enters the property 24/7.

Good stay

House was little! Beds were average which made 8 nights feel very long. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Minimalistic approach which was nice. Easy access to the beach via scooter or Uber. Communication was exceptional!!! Thanks Zeke and Kat.

While the home is a standard size for the area, we understand that space preferences can vary. Scarborough is considered "high density" and may feel a bit tighter than what you are used to. We’re also sorry to hear the beds didn’t provide the level of comfort you were looking for. Comfort can be subjective—some guests prefer a firmer mattress, while others like a softer feel—and we do our best to find a balance (our mattresses are new and rated medium softness). We know it may not always match what you're used to at home. We're glad you found the house clean and well-equipped, and we truly value your input as it helps us improve.
