This rustic house, surrounded by nature and at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, has a private 5m x 10m pool with an umbrella, and 12 sun loungers, a table for having an aperitif, barbecue, furnished terrace and ping pong table. A space designed for disconnection and to enjoy incredible holidays with panoramic views.

Surrounded by beautiful nature and a large Mediterranean garden are some of the characteristics that describe the natural stone house "Can Reure". In the outdoor area, it has a porch with a table for up to 12 diners where you can eat or dine outdoors and comfortable seats to enjoy a good wine in the open air.

The living room with high ceilings and large doors also offers wifi connection and a beautiful view of the pool and garden. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped.

Can Reure has space for 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and two with single beds. It has 3 bathrooms, two with shower and another with bathtub. The cozy rooms present a careful style and beautiful views of nature.

We had a great stay at the property, everything was as per the description.

The outside and the surrounding are beautiful, the house itself on the inside is a bit old. The close proximity to Inca is great. Overall a great stay!

Great place to stay with beatiful and peaceful view of the countryside and mountains. Well equipped house. Fresh and modern bathrooms. We liked the garden very much with a lot of trees which makes it easy to find both shade and sun all hours of the day. As stated in the ad no A/C

Great house but not ideal for people with little children

It’s a very spacious house with lovely porch, great entertainment/ relaxing area. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning which was a big issue as it was hard to cool it down. The fly screen was damaged so you couldn’t leave the windows open for the night as there are lots of mosquitoes around. The pool area is constrained on one side, the pavers are uneven which creates a trip hazard for little ones. The pool is deep with big steps so the little ones just couldn’t be comfortable be in the pool. The porch is tiled so as well very slippery when wet. In general lovely house but needs a little bit of care and love and not ideal for people with toddlers. Also need to mention, contact with the property manager was good but reaction time was very poor.

Schönes Anwesen in guter Lage

Wunderbare Lage, Blick von der Terrasse in die Berge. Großer Pool. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Sofas und Überzüge im Wohnzimmer wirken sehr antiquiert.

Schöne Finca in zentraler Lage

Die Finca hat uns sehr gut gefallen von der Ausstattung her. Alles war vorhanden und schön eingerichtet. Das WLAN-Passwort funktionierte nicht und leider haben wir keine Rückmeldung mehr dazu bekommen. Außerdem waren die Duschen nicht richtig sauber, eine Bettdecke dreckig und der Wasserdruck in den Duschen war sehr gering. Auch ließ sich die Wassertemperatur beim Duschen nicht gut regeln.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette superbe villa avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes !

Idéalement située si vous souhaitez rayonner sur l île, cette villa à tout ce dont on a besoin (à part l eau chaude, un peu longue à venir). Elle est d une propreté irréprochable, bonne literie et terrasses très agréables. Nous recommandons !

Großartige Aussicht. Toller Pool. Charmante Finca die ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte überdacht werden. Netter Vermieter und nette Agentur. Beide kümmern sich umgehend um Anliegen und Wünsche.

Schöne Finca mit tollem Blick

Die Finca hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Es gibt viel Platz, die Ausstattung ist prima, die Terrasse sehr gemütlich und der Pool einfach toll. Wir haben uns sehr über die Beleuchtung gefreut :-) Von Pool und der Terrasse aus sieht man die Berge, das hat uns besonders gefallen. Die Finca liegt recht nah an der Straße. Gerade morgens hört man den Verkehr, das hat uns aber kaum gestört. Es gibt eine Finca nebenan, sonst keine Nachbarn. Die Lage war für uns optimal, weil man von dort aus alles gut erreichen konnte. Einige Bäder und das Geländer der Treppe in das obere Stockwerk sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war sauber. Der Vermieter kam erst am dritten Tag vorbei und sprach weder englisch noch deutsch, war aber sehr nett und auch ohne seine Einweisung haben wir alles gefunden. Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären toll, wir wurden nachts doch öfter mal erwischt. Wir würden die Finca wieder mieten!

Schönes Haus mit noch mehr Potential

Uns hat es in der Finca sehr gut gefallen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, die Terrasse hat einen Bereich zum chillen aber auch zum Essen mit Outdoor Kühlschrank. Der spanische Vermieter vor Ort war trotz der Sprachbarriere sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat uns sogar abends noch schnell ein weiteres Babybett gebracht. Das Haus könnte eine Klimaanlage vertragen, da selbst nachts auf Grund der geschützten Lage kaum Durchzug ist. Die Fenster benötigen heile Mosquitonetze, die ansonsten nachts zum Problem werden. Und das Bad unten wäre mit einer kleinen Renovierung wieder auf dem Stand der Zeit. Allem in allem haben wir uns vor Ort aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Rustikale Finca - Preis/Leistung passt nicht

Wir haben viele Fincas auf Mallorca besucht, Vergleichsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden, u.E. passt hier jedoch Preis-Leistung nicht. Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Inca. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Das Obergeschoss hat 2 Zimmer und 2 Bäder. Einchecken und Kontakt mit der Agentur bis zur Anreise problemlos. Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, das war uns bekannt aber trotzdem ist es im oberen Geschoss brütend heiss nachts. Unten erträglich aber Mückenschutz an einigen Fenstern defekt. Zwei Bäder echt "abgewohnt" und nicht mehr schön, Haare des Vormieters noch in der Badewanne. Das Wasser war die letzten 5 Tage in allen Bädern nur kalt. Pool wurde in den ersten 4 Tagen nicht gereinigt. Es war leicht regnerisch mit Sahara-Sand, Terrasse und Pool entsprechend staubig. Licht im Pool funktionierte erst die letzten 3 Tage. Die Agentur wurde am 3. Tag über Poollicht und Sauberkeit informiert, Rückmeldung kam erst ein paar Tage später und nach 2 Telefonaten. Am drittletzten Tag war der Eigentümer vor Ort, hat den Pool gereinigt. Ihm wurde von dem kalten Wasser berichtet-wurde nicht behoben. Alles in allem viel Geld für eine in die Jahre gekommene Finca. Schade, ein wenig Investition in die Bäder und neue Mückennetze wären bereits hilfreich.
