Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We especially appreciate your kind words about our management team, and we are pleased to know that you felt well supported throughout your stay. Providing prompt assistance to our guests is always one of our top priorities. We are truly sorry that several issues affected your experience. We completely understand your frustration. Some of the problems were resolved during your stay, such as the air conditioning, the replacement of the kitchen tap, and the repair of the barbecue, while others, including the jacuzzi, the downstairs toilet, the outdoor lighting, and the television, require further attention and have been reported to the owner for review and repair. Regarding the swimming pool, we fully understand your disappointment, particularly concerning the discoloration of your swimwear. The pool water is regularly tested and maintained within the recommended parameters, but we are sorry that you experienced this issue. Nevertheless, we will carry out an additional inspection of the pool and its water treatment to rule out any possible irregularities. We sincerely appreciate your detailed feedback, as it helps us identify areas where improvements are needed. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with the high standard of stay that both you and we expect.

Thank you so much for your message! We hope to see you soon

Dear Lynne, thank you for having submitted your review. I am really sorry to see that your stay did not live up to your expectations. This property is one of our most appreciated villas, well finished and beautifully located. The very bad weather that you encountered during your stay, that was not foreseen, have caused several problems in many properties around, but we were always on hand to help you at any time. Also detailed driving instructions and GPS location were provided, together with 24/7 assitance number. I hope to see you oon again in our villa. BEst regards

Thank you for having posted your review, Peter. As most of the villas in Mallorca, the property is located in a country road and of course a car is advised to get to shops. We hope to welcome you soon again in our villa. Best regards. EasyVillasMallorca

Dear Anne Hurst, Many thanks for your comments! We do appreciate them. We wish to see you again. Best Regards Easyvillas

Thank you for your great 5 stars review about our Villa Lleida! Best regards. EasyVillas

Dear Guest, thank you for having submitted your review. I am really glad to see that you fully enjoyed the amazing pool, the villa and its equipment. Villa Can Lleida is one of our best properties, and highly appreciated by our guests for its charme and character, together with all the comforts. I am really sorry, on the other hand, to see that you found some objects left in the garden. This is very strange as we manage directly the villa and carefully check regularly both the gardens, the pool and the house. If only you had informed us about this during your stay, we would have investigated promptly and we would have sent you immediately our gardener to remove anything that was in the garden. I hope anyway that your stay was fully enjoyable and that you will visit us again in Mallorca soon. Best regards. EasyVillas
