Indulge in the ultimate coastal retreat at this stunning multi-level townhouse, offering breathtaking ocean views. Nestled in a private enclave, this beautiful home is the perfect spot for your next beach side getaway.

Enjoy the stunning east-facing ocean views. Watch the annual migration of whales during winter and spring from the comfort of your own private living areas.

The top split level features a master bedroom with a walk-in robe and ensuite, along with a second bedroom and additional bathroom. On the middle level, discover open-plan living spaces with high ceilings, polished timber floors, and abundant natural light. The dining area offers a unique ambiance, making you feel as though you're dining by the ocean itself. Step outside onto the outdoor lounging deck for soaking up the winter sun.

Unwind in the lower spa area, complete with a TV and high bar table and chairs, the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment. The lower entry level has the fourth bedroom, with access to the BBQ area located beside the entrance to the home.

Just a short stroll from the beach access path and an easy walk along the sand to Peregian Beach Village and the patrolled beach, this townhouse offers the ideal location for exploring the beauty of the Sunshine Coast.

Accommodating up to 8 guests (maximum 6 adults), the townhouse features amenities such as a deck with ocean views, remote electric blinds, air conditioning, BBQ, Caesar stone benchtops, ceiling fans, single lock-up garage, unlimited WiFi, a 55" smart TV, and a coffee machine.

With its proximity to Noosa and the Sunshine Coast airport, this holiday haven offers convenience and luxury within reach. Escape the hustle and bustle and discover the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure at this exquisite Peregian Beach retreat.

Perfect beach house

2/6 Teal street was the perfect beach house. Great location, amenities, views, plenty of space, tidy, comfy beds and lovely renting agents. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a perfect beachside holiday.

This was the best house for your trip! All of the rooms were so nice, beds were super comfy! The house had everything that you could need, the ocean view was amazing… Definitely will stay again.

Great Holiday!

The house was lovely and very spacious which is perfect for families. Was wonderful waking up to spectacular views every day. The house was well equipped with everything you need and so appreciative to have been able to take our labradoodles on a holiday.

Great beach getaway with friends

We had an amazing week away at this property as a group of friends with our puppy and couldn’t recommend it enough! The house is very well designed to take advantage of the incredible views and sea breeze, is very well equipped and is within walking distance from local coffee shops and the beach. We all had a great time and will definitely book it again!

Best family holiday

The perfect house for an extended family, 3 generations and pet, birthday celebration. Perfect access to the beach. Winter but the house was warm, had AC through and a generous supply of Manchester and warm throws. We had the best time!

Exceeded our expectations

Our stay here far exceeded our expectations. The property is much larger than what it appears in photographs. Ample room for the 6 adults we had staying here. Perfect location, with a decent view of the coast! Just a couple minutes drive to the local cafes. We were blown away. The perfect property for both rainy weather and sunshine. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous clean & comfortable home with spectacular views!

The house was clean & the main bedroom king bed was comfortable and beautiful views out over the ocean. The location of property to the beach and access was fabulous & we had some wet weather so the spa was gorgeous and was well utilised during this time. Well appointed home & everything was well catered for in the kitchen, pots , pans, utensils etc. Great location , fabulous views! We enjoyed our stay. Property agent easily contactable, prompt response & easy to deal with.

What a spot!

The house at Teal St, is a fantastic place for a family holiday. We spent a week there with our adult children and their partners. The layout of the house was perfect for a group of 6 adults, space to be together, and space to be on your own! The view across to the water was spectacular and we spent time watching the waves, the surfers, the kite riders and even the odd breaching whale! The house was comfortable and really well equipped. The house was spotless on arrival, and the checkin was seamless and friendly and we felt very welcome. Thanks, we’ll be back :)

Could be so much better than it is

Whst we loved: able to have our dog with us, lovely views, great breezes, responsive RE. What we didn't love: deferred maintenace needs to be addressed ( leaky air con, outdoor deck blinds crashed down almost injuring us, etc) it needs a deep clean as the floors were filthy ( we ended up.mopping them a few hours after arrival), noise from large construction site next door was deafening at times), water in hot tub was in need of change, previous occupants had not removed all of their dog poop. The ad originally listed a pool.but that was an error. With some money spent this could be a great place but we felt paying high season price for a place that needs TLC and was noisy was simply not ok.
