Ideally located just a short stroll from the white sands of Callala Beach, this home offers effortless access to swimming, beach walks, and relaxed coastal living. Callala Bay shops and cafés are only minutes away, while the stunning Honeymoon Bay is a short drive for snorkeling and swimming. From nearby Myola, the Husky Ferry provides a scenic crossing of Currambene Creek to Huskisson, where you can enjoy cafés, restaurants, and dolphin and whale watching cruises.

This property is located in a quiet part of town. Please respect the neighbours.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with little traffic most of the year, great bike paths and pleasant walks everywhere. Public transport is limited.

> Parties, functions and gatherings

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.



> What is included?

Jervis Bay Rentals provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.



The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like glad wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics and often more, including olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.



Bathrooms have as a minimum shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.



There is laundry sheets supplied for the washing machine.



Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required.
