Roberto was an excellent host who welcomed us at a very late hour on arrival and was there when we needed him, without being intrusive. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and helpful, going out of his way to help us find a hire car on the first day.The property was clean, well-appointed and exceptionally well equipped.The views were stunning and the location perfect for our family holiday. We thoroughly recommend this property to anyone seeking some authentic relaxation!

Fabulous !

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. It was perfect for our extended family getaway. The views are sensational and villa ideal. Great terrace to sit out and enjoy the views and eat outdoors. Pool perfect for cooling off. Roberto is a very considerate host who introduced us to the property and was able to answer any questions we had. Can't recommend the property highly enough. Wonderful !

We really enjoyed our stay at Roberto's villa, the location was very convenient for the airport, shops, restaurants and beaches. Beautiful villa in a perfect location

The house is amazing, large and beautifully furnished. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need.The pool is lovely, had a filter issue while we were there which Roberto quickly addressed. Pizzas from the oven in the garden were fantastic, thank you Roberto. Lots of fun on the table tennis table. 15 min drive to some amazing beaches and only 18 mins from the airport but no aircraft noise.We were aged 33 to 81 and all enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Villa

We loved the property and it has the most amazing view. It’s nicely kept and Roberto the host is friendly and helpful. Its got plenty of crockery etc., found everything we needed. The location is great, a car is necessary because it’s at the top of a steep hill. I would stay again.

Wonderful villa with spectacular view

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roberto's villa. The pool and garden are lovely, the view is stunning and the bedrooms are spacious. It had everything we needed and we highly recommend staying here. Location was great as it was only a 10-15 minute drive from airport and there were beautiful beaches close by too. The town Porto San Paolo which is a 5 minute drive had shops and restaurants.

Dream location

We loved the house, very unique view and location. The best house to rent in Sardinia. A peacefull home with beautiful surroundings. Pictures can not capture the majestic views of the Tavolara island that you will see from this house. This place is amazing. Highly recommended. Thank you Roberto!

Amazing journey

Our stay in this house was simply incredible. We loved everything about it: the breathtaking view of the rock in the middle of the sea, evoking a Caribbean pirate atmosphere, the warm and exotic seaside decor, the comfort, the location less than 10 minutes from the magnificent beach and 2 minutes from shops and restaurants, Roberto's warm welcome, the garden, the pool, the 4 large bedrooms, and the 3 bathrooms, perfect for our group of 8 people, including 3 young children. The house is very well equipped, with everything you need for cooking, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer... just like at home, but with a stunning view to boot! The superb terrace was perfect for enjoying breakfasts and dinners outdoors. Located less than 15 minutes from the airport and the city of Olbia, we were able to explore the region and enjoy beautiful hikes and incredible beaches, all within a 10 to 40-minute drive at most. We never got bored in a week, discovering new spots every day. We enjoyed our stay so much that we already want to book again for next year.

Highly recommended beautiful villa

We absolutely loved staying at this villa. Just a 15 minute drive from Olbia airport, it was easy to find following Roberto’s directions. On arrival the property looked lovely and inviting with greenery and flowers around the porch area. Roberto met us and showed us around the villa which was very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and a nice selection of coffee machines! The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms lovely and clean with traditional Sicilian tiles. We were surprised to find that the 4th bedroom had it’s own outside entrance, separate lounge area, with additional fridge and coffee machine, together with it’s own balcony with table and chairs. It was like a mini apartment, again with the amazing views! As a family of five adults we found the swimming pool to be plenty big enough with very comfortable sunbeds and deck chairs. We loved the garden area with the table tennis, BBQ and pizza oven - possibly the highlight of our week making our own pizzas in a traditional Italian outside oven together with the table tennis tournament - great fun had by all. We spent many evenings sat outside on the balcony just enjoying the view. We did walk into town although wouldn’t recommend this for the faint hearted as the climb back up could be a challenge for some, but if you’re not in a hurry and can hop over the wall it’s a fun thing to do. 1km to supermarket, 2km to beach.

Stunning view and a great pool

We all absolutely loved our stay at Roberto's villa. The views are even more impressive than the photos and the garden is bigger than it looks. The layout, with a separate suite accessed from it's own stairs worked really well for our family and the seating areas comfortably took us all. Roberto very kindly helped us with a pick up at the airport and arranged a taxi for some of our party to return. He is an excellent host. We enjoyed using the BBQ and eating on the terrace overlooking the garden, pool and beautiful view was something we all looked forward to. One of the highlights was a pizza party, the pizza from the pizza oven was completely delicious. The pool is a lovely large size with a great alarm system, very reassuring since we had our 4 year old grandson with us. The table tennis table is a nice extra touch and there were some books and toys at the villa. I would suggest the linens need updating, particularly the pillows. Having said that we all slept well and the beds are very comfortable. You definitely need a car at this property as the surrounding streets are very steep (hence the fantastic view) but there are lots of lovely local beaches a short drive away. The little town of Porto San Paolo has everything you need, supermarkets, restaurants, a couple of little coves, and a really nice seaside vibe. We rarely go back anywhere but this villa suited our multi-generational trip very well, we would certainly consider returning.

Die Lage und vor allem der Ausblick ist sensationell. Die Villa die als Haus vermietet wird und in Wirklichkeit eine Wohnung ist, da der Vermieter im Untergeschoss wohnt, kann vom Preis -Leistungsverhältnis von uns nicht empfohlen werden. Der Pool eiskalt usw....

Un merveilleux séjour en famille dans une magnifique villa

Nous avons passé une super semaine avec cinq de nos petits-enfants, notre fille et notre belle-fille. La villa de Roberto est très belle, confortable avec l’air conditionné bien utile en juillet, joliment aménagée et la vue est incroyable ! La piscine est très agréable et nous en avons bien profité, surtout les enfants. La villa est parfaitement située, dans un secteur très calme juste au-dessus de Porto San Paolo, rapidement accessible de l’aéroport comme pour les excursions et visites touristiques de la région, avec de nombreuses très belles plages à proximité. Roberto est une personne très chaleureuse, attentionnée et discrète, assurant aussi l’entretien quotidien de la piscine. Danke Roberto für unseren tollen Familienurlaub in deiner wunderschönen Villa. Perfekter Urlaub

14 wunderschöne Tage im Juli als Gäste Robertos. Das Haus ist groß genug für 9 Personen und bietet alles was man als Selbstversorger benötigt, die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. Die große Terrasse mit hervorragenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Der große Pool in dem man sich ständig abkühlen konnte es passte einfach alles. Roberto war ei ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, immer zugegen wenn man ihn brauchte. Noch einmal Danke Roberto für die schöne Zeit in deinem Haus. Wir waren zu siebt und Hund, alle hatten ausreichend Platz. Ein kleines Manko gab es auch, die Mücken waren doch eine Plage!

Toller entspannter Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist wirklich toll. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Draußen wie drinnen ist es sehr geräumig und es fehlt an nichts. Roberto ist sehr freundlich und sofort zur Stelle wenn fragen sind oder was benötigt wird. Die Lage ist ruhig gelegen und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Schöne Strände sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet es fehlt für die Selbstversorgung an nichts.

Wunderschöne Villa Tavolara

Wir waren zu siebt und haben 7 wunderbare Tage die Gastfreundschaft von Roberto genossen. Das Ferienhaus mit seiner sensationellen Aussicht auf das Meer und den Monte Tavolara, den herrlich erfrischenden Pool, die liebevolle Einrichtung des Hauses und die schönen Sitzplätze rund herum sind einfach klasse. Das besondere Highlight war das Pizza backen mit Roberto und seiner Tochter Eva. Vielen Dank euch Beiden.

Très chouette semaine

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine chez Roberto ! Il est très accueillant et d’une très grande disponibilité , il a le souci des vacanciers . Le logement est très agréable avec une vue imprenable sur l’île de tavolara ! La piscine est et le jardin sont magnifiques ! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une des chambres un peu à l’écart par une entrée extérieure à la maison. On reviendra !!!

Traumhaft

Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage in Robertos Haus. Es ist super ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und jede Menge Platz für bis zu 9 Personen. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel Tavolara, sowie der Garten mit den Sonnenliegen und dem schönen großen Pool. Die Lage des Hauses ist super für Ausflüge zu den schönsten Buchten und Stränden (dafür liegt jede Menge Infomaterial im Haus bereit) nach Olbia sind es auch nur 15 Minuten. Wissen sollte man, dass das Haus sehr weit oben liegt. Um in den Ort Porto San Paolo zu kommen, braucht man ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Dabei geht es teilweise sehr steil bergab und auf dem Rückweg dann eben genause steil bergauf. Danach braucht es auf jeden Fall einen Sprung in den Pool, um sich zu erfrischen 😉. Der Gastgeber Roberto wohnt im Souterrain des Hauses und ist für Fragen immer vor Ort und super nett. Ansonsten hält er sich aber sehr diskret im Hintergrund, sodass man ihn eigentlich nicht mitbekommt. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit und können einen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen!!!
