We arrived very early in the year before the opening of the touristic season. Everything was ready and the communication was perfect. At the arrival we got a good explanation about everything. Because our group came from different destinations our arrival times were very different, but it was possible to make good agreements. The location is perfect, the view amazing. I would advise this villa and the location to spend a holiday.

Villa Brandinchi is fabulous. A dream. A panorama that fills the senses. The perfect swimming pool and the beach at your doorstep. We will surely come back with Sardinia Unlimited next year maybe in another location.

Amazing View however lots of lost opportunities - the villa would require a complete turnaround

We’ve been at the Villa for 3 weeks. The view is stunning however doesn’t compensate the misses of what could be a perfect place if properly taken care of. The Villa requires lots of improvements to properly fit with the price paid for it. Lack of care in many things unfortunately impacted negatively most of our first week. Thanks to the support of the agency se basic effort was put in place to restore the basics. We strongly suggest better selection of clientele and alignment with the higher standards that other property around have. Siamo stati alla Villa per 3 settimane. La vista è spettacolare ma non compensa le mancanze di quello che potrebbe essere un posto perfetto se fosse mantenuto con adeguata cura. La Villa richiede migliorie significative per essere allineata al prezzo pagato per il soggiorno. La mancanza di cura in molte aree sfortunatamente ha impattato negativamente la maggior parte della nostra prima settimana di ferie. Grazie al supporto dell’agenzia alcune cose sono state ripristinate allo stato di base. Consigliamo vivamente una migliore selezione della clientela e allineamento agli standard di molte delle proprietà della zona.

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno nella splendida Brandinchi; è stata una bellissima vacanza, casa curata nei minimi dettagli, con arredi ricercati e di pregio, ovviamente quello che ci ha convinti a scegliere questa splendida dimora è stata la vista, purtroppo le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza del panorama. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati ospiti in una delle meravigliose ville affittate da Sardinia Unlimited: villa Brandinchi. È stata un'esperienza indimenticabile! La villa stupenda offre degli ampi spazi finemente curati e di spazi esterni meravigliosi, ricchi di vegetazione, in cui trascorrere rilassanti serate. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la piscina in cui i bambini e non solo si sono divertiti come non mai! Tornerò sicuramente in una delle Vostre ville, perché la professionalità che offrite e rara da trovare!

Schönes Objekt mit Potential

Viele Einzelheiten waren defekt oder hatten Mängel. Ein Grund warum wit das Objekt ausgewählt haben war die Anzahl Badezimmer. 5 Gäste, 5 Zimmer und 4 Bäder. Zu benutzen waren dann nur 3 Bäder…

Hi Marek, we are really sorry again for the issues you have faced. As explained the bathroom of the villa was not usable for plumbing issues that can't be solved while guests where inside. We know that the owner has already planned to start maintenance work in order to make the bathroom functional again. Thank you for your understanding. Per ogni nostro soggiorno in Sardegna ci siamo affidati, con grande piacere, all’agenzia Sardinia Unlimited. Le ville sempre particolari, accoglienti e pulitissime; con verande dalla vista spettacolare e con piscine rinfrescanti. Ruim huis met mooi uitzicht

Vakantiehuis op het terrein van een resort. Het huis is geschikt voor twee families. Het huis ziet er netjes uit, maar een upgrade van de voorzieningen is wenselijk. Eind oktober zijn alle voorzieningen op het resort gesloten.

Wunderschöne Villa mit herrlichem Blick auf die schönsten Strände Sardiniens

Noch schöner als auf den Bildern und in unmittelbarer Nähe von zahlreichen herrlichen Ständen. Pool, Garten und Terrasse ist wunderschön. Einzig die Küchenausrüstung ist spartanisch. Kommen gerne wieder.

Villa Brandinchi San Teodoro Herbst 2021

Die Villa hat eine aussergewöhnlich schöne Lage, ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene mit 1 Kleinbus und 5 Motorrädern. 10 Betten trifft jedoch nicht zu höchstens Platz für 9 Personen. 2 Betten waren im Rahmen gebrochen, hängten durch und der Geschirrspüler hat die ganzen 2 Wo nicht funktioniert, trotz Besuch eines Technikers. Ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.
