This apartment is part of a peaceful residential building in the East End, so we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours and neighbours at all times.

Parties, events or loud gatherings are strictly not permitted, and only registered guests are allowed inside the apartment and on the premises.

No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on the balcony and in all building common areas. Breaches may result in additional cleaning charges or penalties issued by building management.

🧹 Long Stays

For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended.

Guests may choose a Refresh & Restock or a Full Clean for $250. For extended stays, we can tailor a cleaning schedule to ensure the apartment remains clean, inspected and comfortable throughout your visit.

Please review and follow all house rules before confirming your reservation. Any breach of noise limits, unauthorised gatherings, extra visitors or smoking regulations may result in additional cleaning fees, damage charges or early termination of the stay.

The cinema room, study lounges, games area and communal spaces are shared with other building residents. These areas operate on a first-come basis, and availability may vary.

One of the study rooms is locked for owner storage and is not accessible during your stay.
