We sincerely apologise for the temporary internet and Netflix issues you experienced during your stay. even though as you know i worked hard with Telstra to fix the issue. At least we got the internet working, but not the Netflix . Unfortunately, this coincided with an unexpected NBN service change that was outside of our control. We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve it, and we're pleased to let future guests know that the issue has now been fully resolved.
