• Pets: We welcome pets. There is a $150 fee per pet for additional cleaning and guest comfort.
• Guest IDs: All guests must submit a valid government-issued ID before check-in. Please also bring IDs on arrival for building verification.
Building Check-In Procedure • The building has its own check-in process and requirements. • These instructions will be sent to you before your arrival so you can check in smoothly at the lobby.
Payments & Deposits • No cash accepted. Credit or debit card only. • Security deposit: $250 (refundable at check-out if no damages).
Resort Fee (includes beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and full gym): • $40 + tax per night (1–14 nights) • $35 + tax per night (15–29 nights) • $30 + tax per night (30+ nights) Valet Parking Only: • $35 + tax per night (1–7 nights) • $30 + tax per night (8–29 nights) • $650 + tax per month (30+ nights)
· Conduct & Property Use Smoking is permitted outside only; a $500 fine applies for indoor smoking. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM (no noise audible to neighbors). Parties are not allowed; only registered guests may be on the property. Candles are not allowed inside.
· Longer Stays Stays of 14+ days will require an additional cleaning fee.
· Check-in / Check-out Early check-in or late check-out available for a non-refundable fee, subject to availability.
· Safety & Security Guests assume all risk for accidents, injuries, or illness (including pool use). Exterior security cameras are present (front and back); tampering results in a $100 fine.
