Settle into a calm, well-laid-out home designed for comfort and privacy. Bedrooms are separated for easy sharing, with two bathrooms to keep mornings smooth. The dedicated study is ideal for remote work, video calls or focused study. Large windows bring in natural light, and the garden-facing aspect keeps the space quiet. Secure parking is included, with everything you need nearby for a simple, stress-free stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have private use of the entire apartment during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining areas, laundry, and the secure car space (if included). The building’s garden/courtyard is a shared residents’ common area and is available for guest use in line with building rules.
Other Things to Note:
No parties, events or loud gatherings. Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the apartment or in building common areas. Please respect neighbours and observe quiet hours (10pm–8am). Only registered guests are permitted—no extra visitors without approval. The apartment is located in a residential building, so noise travels easily.
