- At least one guest must be over the age of 25

- This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. Parties, gatherings and events are not permitted.

- No pets, smoking/vaping indoors

- 3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5



*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in
