Una vivienda unifamiliar con piscina - 1 minutos a pie hasta la playa

Casa bellamente amueblada con mucho espacio en el que varias familias pueden llenarse bien. , Total de 350 m2, casa 650 m2 y jardín con piscina y jacuzzi en la terraza del primer piso, están a su disposición para que sus vacaciones. En la planta superior está en un lado dos dormitorios con camas dobles con un cuarto de baño con ducha y un baño con baño, cocina abierta con salón-comedor, todo lo que no está conectado a la planta baja en las innerren con su propia puerta y. Por otro lado, también hay un apartamento independiente con un dormitorio con baño y una sala de estar-cocina, así como su propia puerta de entrada.
La planta baja tiene dos dormitorios y dos baños y un aseo. Una gran sala de estar-comedor con una nueva cocina abierta completan la zona inferior. En el primer piso tiene una terraza de 100 m2 con toldo generosa con vistas al jardín y piscina. En la planta baja también hay una terraza de 60 m2 alrededor de la zona de la piscina con toldos automáticos. estación de barbacoa y amplio jardín con los niños columpios, tobogán y el fútbol meta para el grande y los niños pequeños y una piscina con un trampolín.

The hosts were super nice, available and flexible with us checking in earlier. Big and very practical house with everything that you need, perfect to stay with a group of friends, we enjoyed it a lot. Some dishes or parts of the house were a bit dirty tho. Overall, a very good experience :)

Amazing stay

Beautiful and spacious villa in a perfect location, immediate shops and restaurant but a short walk to more choice of lovely places to eat and drink Sigrid was a fantastic host, helped us out with taxis when we had problems and was generally very friendly and helpful!

Host was really nice. I think we should have been told about the building works next door, also the hot tub wasn’t filled. Overall the villa was ok but could do with an upgrade in the bathrooms. The kitchen fridge wasn’t very cold due to the seal on the door being defective.

Ibiza Girls Trip

Great place for a group of friends in a good location within an easy taxi from Ibiza town but out of the madness. The house itself was perfect for entertaining or a day by the pool and had everything we needed. Sigrid was an amazing host, so lovely and welcoming!!

Fantastic villa

We had a wonderful time at this lovely villa. It was such a shame we were only there for a long weekend - would love to come back for a proper holiday. The hosts were most welcoming and helped us out considerably by allowing an early check in and late check out. The breakfasts we got from the local supermarket were incredible!

Excellent experience. Sigrid and her husband were great with suggestions to eat, groceries, and sight seeing. House was next to Samos, supermarket/bakery, great for provisioning and breakfast. Excellent neighborhood, beaches and restaurants in the area.

We stayed as a group of 6 friends and the house was perfect! So much space, with some rooms upstairs in separate apartments and lots of communal areas. The outside pool, garden and table were great for us to use during the hot weather. The kitchen has everything you would need to cater for a large group, there was much needed air con in the bedrooms and everything was very clean.Location was also excellent. The house is in easy walking distance of a supermarket, the bakery / cafe / shop, and two lovely grill restaurants on the same street. The beach is only 10 minutes walk away. We didn’t need hire cars and used taxis to travel further afield. Alexandra was a wonderful host, really friendly, helpful and generous.I would definitely recommend this house!

Family Vacation

Wonderful villa, and we were pleased to find everything was as advertised. It was very handy having a well stocked shop and restaurant so close by, the food at the restaurant was delicious! The beach is a short walk away along a beautiful promenade, with a good choice of places to stop for food and drinks. Taxi to Ibiza Old Town was around €20, to San Antonio area around €35/€40. This is a villa for a quieter stay (in the evenings) due to being a residential area. Thanks for a wonderful stay, and we would happily visit again!

Good location

The Villa location was really good and a short walk along the seafront to the centre of Santa Eualia. Alexander the host was extremely helpful and assisted with any issues we had during our stay. All bedrooms have air conditioning, however, the living area doesn’t have this and got extremely hot at times, especially with a young baby. Overall I was happy with my stay and feel you could stay here without a car and I would certainly stay here again.

Great location

Very spacious, suitable for different families , very clean and had everything we needed , hosts were very friendly and accommodating with 2 small children , outside space brilliant, grass area for children to play on and good size pool with Graduated steps perfect for small children , my 2 year grandson loved it keeps asking to go back to nannies villa I wish !!! Excellent location , cafe , shop , bakery next door and a lovely restaurant the village , a small but lovely beach 5 min walk and you can even walk into Santa Eulalia town by going over the bridge , would definitely return x

Perfect spot for a chilled group holiday

Fantastic villa with three separate accommodations in the complex that was perfect for a group of 10 adult friends. The pool is bigger than the photos look, plenty of places to relax & chill, space for 2 cars if you have. Siesta is an ideal location for a more chilled holiday but with easy bus access to airport & Ibiza Town (or taxi to San Antoni for €40-45), plenty of restaurants & shops nearby. Recommend the bakery the lovely host family also own on the same street. Would definitely visit again! Thanks for a great stay for my 40th celebrations.

Fabulous Villa for a birthday celebration

We were a group of 9and the Villa was ideal for us. The villa is very spacious plenty communal areas , great facilities as described on the rental listing and very clean. Garden is very well maintained so lovely for sitting outside. The host Sigrid, was very helpful, both before and during our stay and always quick to respond and answer any questions. The location of the villa is great for the beach, restaurants and shops. I would thoroughly recommend this property and would certainly visit again

Excellent Property and Host

The property is great and really comfortable. Very large and spacious and the images don't do it justice. Facilities are excellent as are the outdoor amenities an pool. It is very well located on a nice more secluded and lovely side of the island with easy access to the beach, restaurant shops and other amenities. Sigrid was an excellent host. Very relaxed, accomodating and communicative. She was very responsive to our requests and questions and went beyond what would be expected. Can't reccomend highly enough.

Tranquility and Elegance: A 5-Star Villa Experience"

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sheer beauty and comfort of this villa. Set in a tranquil part of Ibiza yet close enough to beaches, restaurants, and markets, it offered the perfect balance between peaceful retreat and easy access to island life.The villa itself is immaculately maintained—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with every amenity we could need as a family, from a fully equipped kitchen to a gorgeous private pool and child-friendly garden. The rooms were spacious, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor dining area became our favourite spot for sunset dinners.Sigrid, our host went above and beyond, offering fantastic local tips and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay the best it could be. It truly felt like a home away from home—but with better views and more sunshine! We’ve stayed in some wonderful places over the years, but this villa stands out as something truly special. We’ll absolutely be back—and recommending it to all our friends and family! A big thank you to Sigrid and Roland. X

Perfect stay at this beautiful Villa

The villa was much bigger and much nicer than the photos. We were a group of 7 over 50's on a hen weekend. 3 of us stayed in the lower part of the house and there is a separate annex upstairs with a large hottub on the upper floor. The pool is lovely, the gardens and plants and trees beautifully laid out. 30 seconds walk to a local bakery & shop for daily croissants, coffee and supplies. Reasonably priced also. 5 mins walk to the local beach and restaurants and 15 mins lovely walk along the promenade to Santa Eulalia with a lovely marina, bars and market stalls. Alexandra very accommodating. Couldn't have had a better experience and definitely returning one day.

Lovely villa in an excellent location.

Wonderful Family Getaway in Ibiza Villa We had an incredible time during our recent stay at the villa in Ibiza. As a large family, the spacious accommodations were perfect for us. The highlight for our children was undoubtedly the pool, where they spent countless hours of splashing! The villa was not only clean but also impressively well-equipped, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Its convenient location close to supermarkets, beautiful beaches, and a variety of restaurants made our exploration of the area hassle-free and delightful. One surprise was the nearby bakery which supplied us with delicious croissants daily – a small pleasure that added to the overall charm of our holiday. We must also mention our gratitude towards the host, Sigrid, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We are eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to visit this villa again in the future, as the memories we created there are sure to stay with us.
