Parking: Parking is available in the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted in the community.

The home is located in the beautiful Veranda Palms Resort, a peaceful gated community in Kissimmee, just minutes from Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



The neighborhood offers a quiet and family-friendly environment, making it the perfect place to relax after a fun day at the theme parks.

The community is well-maintained, safe, and surrounded by beautiful Florida scenery.



Parking Notice: Parking is only allowed in the home’s driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited in the community, and vehicles parked on the street may be towed by the HOA without warning.



Getting Around:

Getting around Kissimmee and beyond is easy! While a car is recommended for exploring the area, you'll find convenient options. Public transportation, including buses, is available, with stops located a short distance from the property. For those arriving by air, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily accessible. Complimentary parking is provided on-site for your convenience. Major attractions like Walt Disney World are just a short drive, typically 10-15 minutes, making this a perfect base for your vacation.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and may be required to provide a valid ID.



To comply with resort policies, please send the full guest list (first and last names) at least 24 hours before arrival by 5 PM EST. Without this information, resort access cannot be provided.



The home includes fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, washer and dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). Starter supplies are not replenished. Washcloths, salt/pepper, and open food items are not provided.



Pool heat (if applicable) is available for an additional fee and must be requested 48 hours before arrival. Heating may take 24–48 hours, and the maximum pool temperature is 86°F. The spa shares the same temperature as the pool and is not a hot tub.



Street parking is not permitted in the community, and vehicles parked on the street may be towed by the HOA.



House rules: No parties, no pets, and no smoking inside the home.



USPS does not deliver to the property, and we are not responsible for unattended packages.
