If you’re familiar with Storey Lake you know how far you can be from the club house! Most homes you have to pack your car, drive to the clubhouse and fight for parking. You also know that rear space and privacy is rare as well, most homes back straight up to others. Our unit offers you the best of both worlds !! Professionally Furnished, 6 beautiful Bedrooms, no rear neighbors, pool and spa directly on the water front and you are 10 homes and a short walk away from the incredible club house and all its amenities!! There are very very few gems that have both location and waterfront ! (see the photos!)

Would be nice it hot tub was always hot, but OK once we realized how it worked.Hot water for showers runs out quickly, Having 5 baths is great but not if everyone can’t get ready at the same time. A second refrigerator would be a nice addition.Overall, one of the nicest properties we have rented, clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

The house was very close to all the nearby attractions as well as shopping centers, grocery stores, and anything else you need to really enjoy a good vacation. The activities in the community was a plus for our family.

Great house!

We had a great stay at this property! Had a girls weekend and we ALL loved the house. It was clean, spacious, close to the large pool area and so affordable. Would definitely be back!

Pool Pic is deceiving..

This house is great except that the pool Pic, which was a decision factor, was deceiving. The pool on this property is no where near this big or beautiful. There was a ton on algae on the pool floor. It needed to be vacuumed. I was thankful maintenance was able to fix the AC in a timely manner. I was thankful

Great space - wish we could have stayed longer!

Due to circumstances beyond our control (not the property) we were only able to stay one night, but the space would be perfect for several friends to hang out and relax. Kitchen had what we needed, bathrooms were stocked, and beds were comfortable. Pool was perfect for super hot August temps, and short walk to the resort pool/waterslide/lay river was great. Highly recommend!

This house is in a perfect location. It felt like we were 20 minutes to everything. We enjoyed the pool at the house and the resort. House is exactly as pictured. We will definitely stay again.

Volleyball &Family vacay

This property was perfect for our needs. We were there with 3 grandchildren who played in the Volleyball nationals at the convention center. Easy to get there, disney & the airport. Also 2 younger grands who enjoyed disney & the canal. Loved fishing & feeding the ducklings. The house was comfortable for all except master bed mattress needs replaced.

Wish I could have stayed longer

The property was a beautiful property. Great location. Walking distance to the clubhouse and the lazy river. The only downfall was the lack of tvs in the bedrooms except one. But overall great house. Great experience. Would definately stay here again.

Great home!

Very clean property, lots of extras (ex. beach towels, portable fans for rooms). House was beautiful! Contact with host was great and timely. I would highly recommend!! Some opportunities would be to update the couch in the living room to be more comfortable and a Keurig coffee maker.

Great Family time

I enjoyed the special time with my children and their children. The vacation home is very beautiful and very close to the resort area where the kids enjoyed the amenities and the adults relaxed and let them have fun. We will definitely be back to this house again. I had a little trouble with the lock on the slide door by the pool but maintenance came right out and resolved the issue quickly.

Perfect for big group

The stay was great! Place was clean and just as it was described. I do wish that more towels were there. There was not even enough towels for 12 people. I think soap and toilet paper should not have to be purchased by the guest- but we did. Overall- I would stay here again and I would recommend. Location was GREAT!

Kings Castle

Large home with plenty of bedrooms. Happy with cleanliness. Kitchen could have used Corning Ware containers with lids for microwave. The lake area was very littered😞 The club house, lazy river and pool was overly crowded and drink prices were very expensive and long lines. Our private pool was warm and clean. Bianca was very helpful!

Great Location, Lots of Space

This vacation house is very close to the pool/club house. We could walk to the complex rather than try to park in the over crowded lot. The house itself was immaculate. The pool and view out back were worth the extra money. They are some fish to catch in the pond out back but it was mostly too hot when we were there. The only problem was the deteriorating couch in the living room. We emailed the booking agent in early August 2023 and they said they'd contact the property manager. Hope no one else has to deal with white peeling pleather during their stay.

Lovely home

Really loved the house, it was perfect for our stay, tons of space, clean, and beautiful. The pool was small but we enjoyed it as well as the community pool and lazy river. Really enjoyed the ducks visiting daily. Would love to come back. I would just recommend the property management provide more pool towels and more forks and spoons. The couches were falling apart as well. Not a big deal though, would definitely recommend staying here. I didn’t understand why the additional check-in process, either done online at least seven days prior, or in person several miles from the property if not done online. Was a bit of a hassle TBH.

Perfect location!

We loved this property! House was great. Ideal location close to the parks but also for hanging out at the clubhouse to enjoy all the amenities. We had built in rest days to lounge at property and enjoy the private pool. The only downside to that was we were not informed when the pool would be serviced. The pool was shocked one morning on a day we planned to stick around all day to enjoy it so we couldn’t use the pool which was a bummer. We let property management know and they apologized for the inconvenience. We paid extra for pool heat each day so I wish there was some compensation for the loss use of the pool. Outside of that, everything was great. We had a beautiful time!

Weeklong Stay in Orlando

We had a good experience at the property. The home was in good shape apart from the living room couch having a sheet like cover over it, assume due to damage. The soap provided was about as small and cheap as can be found on the market. Not a big deal but sends the wrong message and could be improved by spending an extra $1 per room. The hot tub and pool were clean and in good shape. The hot tub took a long time to heat up but this could have been to user error. Kitchen and bedrooms were all in good shape. A couple of the mattresses could use replaced sometime soon. Instructions for the TVs and pool equipment would be nice to have in the house.

Great trip

Our stay was perfect! The house was clean however it lacked silverware, the bedding all though clean was worn. The chairs around the table were stained and the slipcover on the couch did not fit correctly and was covering a dry rotted fake leather couch which was shredding. My guess is that the place has a huge turnover and gets used quite a bit. We rented a grill for the week but when we arrived it wasn’t there, however a quick call to management rectified it immediately. We had a problem with the hot tub losing water which affected the heated pool we had paid for the week. We called and they quickly responded sending someone out. All in all it’s a beautiful house and we would definitely rent it again.
