About this property
Coastview Estate - Pool - Scenic Noosa Bay Outlook
Summary:
Escape to Coastview Estate, a serene, private hinterland retreat on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Spanning four dwellings (the spacious main house + three boutique villas), the estate accommodates large groups in style. With sweeping valley and ocean-fringe views, multiple indoor/outdoor lounges, a pool, and lush grounds, this estate is ideal for yoga or corporate retreats, extended-family holidays or friends’ getaways where privacy and flexibility matter.
The Space:
Welcome to Coastview Estate, a single-level sanctuary in the peaceful hills of Ninderry. Blending contemporary elegance with relaxed country charm, this expansive home strikes the perfect balance between comfort, warmth, and sophistication.
Inside, two lounges cater to every mood. The main living area is bright and open for everyday connection, while the second offers a cosy retreat with plush seating, soft carpet, and a charming brick fireplace (BYO firewood). A timeless upright piano adds a timeless touch of character. At its heart lies a beautifully equipped kitchen with a butler’s pantry, breakfast bar, and quality appliances, ideal for preparing family meals or entertaining in style. The open-plan living and dining areas flow seamlessly to the covered terrace, framing sweeping views across the hinterland to the ocean. Whether dining indoors or alfresco, every gathering feels connected to the landscape beyond.
Outdoors, the private pool offers a tranquil spot to cool off, surrounded by manicured gardens and wide lawns. The backyard invites play and relaxation, complete with a basketball hoop, trampoline, cubby house, and open grass for family games—all set against rolling hinterland views.
Additional comforts include Business grade fiber internet/ WiFi, whiteboard, ducted air conditioning, and a full laundry with a washer, dryer, sink, and outdoor clothesline. On-site parking is available, with a double garage, carport, and extra driveway space.
Other Things to Note:
*Please note, three separate tiny home villas sit at the rear of the property. They’re listed independently and may be booked by other guests. The villas have a separate driveway and no access to the main house or pool unless booked together.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 25 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential neighbourhood with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please be aware that breaches of house rules may incur additional charges starting from $400. This includes, but is not limited to, smoking anywhere on the property and bringing pets in breach of our strict no-pet policy. Guests are required to familiarise themselves with the full house rules prior to their stay.*
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
