We are walking distance to local amenities like stores, bakery, skatepark, community hall and Hague Lake!

This home is located at the far eastern tip of our property and is on a steep slope. The walk down is quite short (approximately 100 feet) but is difficult in terms of accessibility.

We are currently on an off-grid sanitation system with a simple indoor latrine.
