Upstairs is the main living area of the home, where large windows and a sunny morning balcony create a welcoming space to start your day. The balcony features a BBQ, making it a great spot for a relaxed breakfast or evening meal. The comfortable living room includes a fireplace for cooler coastal evenings, while the well-equipped kitchen overlooks the backyard and has everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Also upstairs are three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with its own ensuite, along with the main bathroom for the remaining rooms.

Downstairs offers additional space with a second kitchen, another living area, two more bedrooms and a bathroom—ideal for extended families or groups wanting a little extra room.

Outside, guests can enjoy the backyard fire pit area, perfect for gathering together after a day at the beach. A starter supply of firewood is included for your use. This property is pet friendly, so your furry companion can join you on your holiday.

Bannisters Pavilion restaurant and bar is just a 5-minute walk away, offering vibrant atmosphere and delicious meals, or jump in the car for a 3 minute drive to the award winning Rick Stein's at Bannisters Restaurant, Mollymook Golf Club or Mollymook Beach Bowling Club. Milton & Ulladulla are only a 5-minute drive to explore charming boutiques, restaurants, and local attractions
