ProsLoved the position, patio and the house layout worked well for us.Cons We had issues with the kitchen sink plumbing rendering the sink unusable. The house is advertised as pet friendly but no pet bowls, beds etc. Also, house description and pre check in information were not consistent particularly in regard to pet size and whether they are allowed in the house.

Long Weekend Getaway

A great place to stay - with perfect scenery and the house/outside area is perfect to also just relax. Would go back to this property for sure.

Great weekend away!!

We stayed with 9 people, but it still felt spacious. There was a large spa, a fireplace and a BBQ, and breakfast on the deck overlooking the ocean in the morning. It was great! We're talking about coming back with the same group.

The house was well appointed but, we had checked with the owner re fire wood & he said it was supplied, it wasnt, we had to buy fire wood. bath towells were pretty scratchy & not nice to use. The coffee/tea mugs need to be replaced as very stained. Also no unused toileteries were supplied.eg bodywash etc .In general, the house was very well located with lovely views, but with a bit more TLC the house would be perfect. A good spring clean.

A fantastic house and a wonderful stay!

Clean, comfortable and great set up for three generations staying together. The home has everything you need. Owner is responsive to all enquiries. Home is in a perfect location with walking distance to restaurants, bowling club, harbour, beaches and supermarkets and seafood co-op! The spa was a hit as well. We would highly recommend the home and Ulludulla as a place to visit. Our doggy also enjoyed her holiday most beaches were able to be accessed with her on lead and some off lead. Thanks for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful home. We hope one day to return.

Awesome holiday

The entire holiday was an amazing experience and had a relaxing ambience. We stayed there for 2 nights. Received clear instructions on how to get into the house. The accommodation itself was clean and contained everything we needed. Kitchen was well stacked with necessary utensils and spices. We would definitely return to this accommodation if we were to visit south coast again in the future.

Extended Family Summer Coast Holiday

Great location - view of Ulladulla harbour and Warden Head from the front deck; 700 m to Coles, 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive south to rugged unpatrolled beach, same north to gently-sloping South Mollymook with the flags up 9:00-5:00 every day. Great House for the extended family - enough space for everyone to spread out even if it was raining, set in lush sub-tropical gardens

Wonderful Family Holiday

Great house that accommodated 2 families with ease and lots of room to spread out. A little hiccup to start our stay was quickly remedied by our host Brendon and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ulladulla. A shame the weather was not the best but found lots to do from Milton to Batemans Bay...

Perfect Family Holiday

House was amazing with great location & view. Rooms & bathrooms all worked so well. Had a wonderful family holiday. Made good use of the hot tub & the host, Brendan was great to communicate with & very helpful. Would recommend this property to everyone.

Great location and fantastic house

Location is fantastic, close to Cafes, beach. Great asset to have hot tub under great pergola. We were staying with group of friends and house accommodated perfectly. Weather was horrible rain and cold long weekend, but staying in such a great house with hot tub, Netflix and fire place was amazing. The only downside is mattresses in all rooms. We all ware having difficulties to have a good sleep. Would be a good idea to update mattresses. Everything else was great.

Definitely Recommended!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with 2 other couples and we couldn’t fault it. The inside living areas are spacious, the front balcony is comfortable with views of the ocean and the back bbq area with spa is ideal for relaxing with friends at the end of the day. We will definitely consider booking again for next year. Thanks Brendan also for your direct communication.

Convenient Location with lovely bay views

We had 5 nights here and found the house very clean, big with plenty of room to entertain and have fun. Sitting out the front on the balcony with the breeze and views very enjoyable. Great walks close by and just a short walk away you are in town. Overall a very nice stay.

Wonderful family holiday home with everything you need!

This is as near to perfect as a family holiday home can get and has plenty of room inside and a wonderful covered outdoor area. Overall the property is well located near to the shopping and cafe area of Ulladulla and has views of the harbour and sea beyond. The huge outdoor spa was unfortunately not working during our stay, and with the constant rain and unseasonal winter temperatures that were a feature of our week away, it would have been nice to have been able to use it. You can't pick the weather, but you can pick this home if you are looking for a place to stay on the beautiful NSW South Coast.

Good beach location

House in good location close to town and beach. Very good for large groups or 2 families.House was clean and had many amenities. Communication with the owner Brendan was excellent and the check in was easy. Recommend if anyone is looking to stay in the Ulladulla area.

Nice place but not perfect

This is a nice house with an excellent outdoor area and lots of space inside with four bedrooms and 2 living areas. Unfortunately the property had not been cleaned when we arrived which was a bit disappointing. The owner got this sorted out by late afternoon. He was certainly responsive. Other minor issues were a bad smell that wafted in from next door regularly and the rooms at the back were a little musty. The couch in the front room is also a sofa bed making it quite an uncomfortable couch. View over the harbour was nice but sitting on the front porch was challenging due to traffic noise and the previously mentioned smell from next door.

A lovely break away for our daughter's birthday.

The overall house was great with lots of extras included (pantry items). Furniture and decor was lovely. Lots of bowls, crockery etc in the well equipped kitchen. Proximity to town was a bonus - 2 minute drive or short walk. The back bedroom unfortunately smelt mouldy as previous guests had mentioned and the house (mainly the bedrooms where the carpet is) needed a good dust and vac. Otherwise it was great. Spa as lovely too!
