On the ground floor, enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and cosy living room, all ideal for family gatherings after a day of beach fun. The convenient laundry, shower, and toilet add to the practicality of this level, while the rumpus room offers a perfect space for children to play and relax.

Venture upstairs to find four beautifully appointed bedrooms and a main bathroom, providing ample space for restful nights after your adventures.

Step outside to a fenced backyard, complete with a BBQ and dining area, perfect for enjoying summer evenings and family meals. The north-facing upper deck invites you to sip your morning coffee as the sun rises or enjoy leisurely afternoon meals with loved ones, soaking in the beautiful coastal vibes.

Please Note -

- Please do not book if you are a party group, hens/bucks or school leavers groups. Bookings of this kind will be cancelled.

- This property accepts pets on application. We ask that pets are kept outside and off all furnishings.

- All linen is provided, guests will only need to bring their own beach towels.

- Firewood is not supplied for the wood fireplace. Guests will need to bring their own firewood, kindling and fire starters.

- Two portacots are available (linen is not supplied for portacots)
