Welcome to this stone house, renovated in 2020 and offering all the necessary comforts. In a peaceful, authentic village, you'll be surrounded by nature, perfect for walks through the vineyards or forest, near the famous cliffs.

Its prime location also allows you to explore the surrounding area and plan excursions that will delight both young and old (Meursault, Beaune, castle visits, the wine route, etc.). Whether with friends or family, you'll enjoy the charm of the house, its garden, and its terrace with a view, ideal for sharing convivial moments.

The ground floor features a magnificent living room. The original materials (Burgundy flagstones, beams) enhance the space. You can relax in an open-plan living room furnished with a sofa and armchairs, a large flat-screen TV (Bose home cinema system), and a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. Its highlight? A long wooden table perfect for sharing delicious meals and convivial moments.

Both living and dining areas open onto an enclosed garden with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and vineyards. Its numerous amenities allow you to enjoy a barbecue, read in peace, or play games with the family.

A first bathroom (shower, toilet, washing machine) is also available.

Upstairs, you'll find an office area and a second bathroom/toilet. A spacious and cozy 26 m² bedroom, tastefully decorated and blending old-world charm with modern comfort, features a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a flat-screen TV. Dedicated storage space is provided for your personal belongings. A second bedroom of 21 m², equally well-equipped and comfortable, will delight you.

A few steps up, you'll find an 18 m² bedroom with four single beds (90 cm). A charming space to create lasting holiday memories.

All bedrooms have reversible air conditioning.

All linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are provided.

You can park your vehicle right next to the accommodation (private space).

Saint Romain stay

Our two week stay was very pleasant. The house is located in the upper portion of the old village of Saint Romain in Burgundy. It is very quiet. The views of wooded hills, limestone cliffs and vineyards from the village are excellent. There are nice opportunities for small and long walks leaving right from the front door. The house is a recently and tastefully restored old stone house. Lots of nice historical features. The appliances are new and very easy to use. The bedrooms and living room are spacious. All in all extremely pleasant. One of the best features is the contact person Aline. She was very accommodating and helpful and even invited us to a wine tasting at her husband's winery in Meursault. She was fantastic! I would strongly recommend staying here particularly for a longer stay.

Nous avons passé Noël en famille à la Cabotte et ce fut un magnifique séjour. La maison y a largement contribué grâce à sa chaleureuse atmosphère offerte par les boiseries d'époque, les deux inserts, dans le salon et dans la cuisine, de subtiles décorations, mobiliers et objets, qui rappellent la simplicité du début du XXème siècle, non dénué du confort moderne : la cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée, grande télévision avec plates-formes de vidéos, deux salles de bains très ergonomiques, chambres harmonieuses et confortables.La vue s'ouvre sur un panorama bucolique des vignes et les monts arrondis bourguignons. Saint Romain est coquet, apaisant et permet de belles promenades à proximité. L'arrivée est très pratique et les réponses des propriétaires rapides. Un séjour home sweet home que nous renouvellerons certainement l'année prochaine ! Un grand merci

Très belle maison en Bourgogne

Très belle maison, très bien aménagée et avec tout le confort pour passer un très bon séjour. Bon accueil du service de conciergerie. Seul bémol, la réception du téléphone mobile et la connection Internet trop légère pour le télétravail mais le bureau dans la chambre permet de disposer d’un bon cadre pour travailler.
