Charming villa in the middle of the vineyards

Welcome to our historic late 19th-century home in the center of Ladoix-Serrigny, just steps from all amenities. With breathtaking views of the Corton hills and our own Aloxe-Corton 1er Cru vines in the garden.

Renovation
We spent 2024 renovating this charming old lady and while we love sharing this special place, we also cherish it ourselves. When available, we look forward to welcoming fellow wine lovers to enjoy the views and the peaceful surroundings.

The space
The house offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms (up to 10 guests), an open kitchen leading to the dining area, a cozy small living room, and a spacious main lounge with sofas, a bar, and a soccer table, perfect for unwinding after a day in the vineyards. This is not a party house, it’s a place to enjoy good wine in great company while respecting the neighborhood. If you’re interested to host small events, kindly get in touch with us in advance as we can support with the logistics.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the whole house, with the exception of some utility rooms which are still closed due to ongoing renovations.

Our concierge service is available to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Whether you’d like a private chef to prepare dinner at home, a guided wine tour of the region, or bike rentals to explore the vineyards, we can help arrange it all for a fee.
