We loved our stay in this unit! The host was quick to respond and so kind. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the room was very clean. The view was perfect for enjoying the ocean views and rocket launches! We love this area and complex! And I think we might have found our new favorite unit. We can’t wait to go back!

The location cannot be beat. Ocean directly out the back and all the amenities of Cocoa Beach just steps away out the front. We were a little worried about the view off the deck with it only being on the second floor, but the views of the ocean were unobstructed and beautiful. The place was well equipped. The a/c ran cold and the showers ran hot.

LOVED staying at this property! My son had a volleyball tournament in Orlando and we decided to stay in Cocoa and commute, best decision ever!! The expressway made is super easy to get in and out of the venue at the convention center and it was worth the drive to start and end the day with the beach at a great location. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, lovely balcony overlooking the beach, chair and umbrella rental was right at the end of the boardwalk. The only very minor drawback was the loud music from the bars over the weekend but it was the 4th of July so to be expected. We hit a nearby Publix on the way in for supplies after spending a good part of the day at the Kennedy Space Center which was very cool. Check the launch schedule, we had a night time launch while staying and it was amazing!! You can see the launch pad from the balcony.
