My mother, daughter, and I booked 2 nights in this condo after a week at Disney. This condo is advertised as “brand new”. It is far from being brand new. The outside is quite run down and as soon as we pulled up we noticed red shopping carts under the stairs. This is how you will get your luggage to your room. Keeping it classy! The elevator is also very run down. There have been some updates made to the until, but if you’re expecting a brand new unit (as we were), you will be very dissapointed. The condo was NOT cleaned properly upon our arrival. There was sand and dirt on the floor, the toilets had not been cleaned (there was a brown substance down the side of one toilet), about an inch of dust on the baseboards, and the sheets had not been changed. Imagine getting into bed and finding someone else’s hair. Abosutely disgusting. I then inspected the beds in the second bedroom, and found those sheets had not been changed either. I stripped the sheets off the king size bed to put them in the washer and the mattress cover underneath was even worse...hair, dirt, yellow stains. I’m not sure it has EVER been washed. I contacted the property owner and she stated that she would refund our second night, as well as the cleaning fee, after I told her we would only be staying one night and leaving at 6 the next evening. I even sent her pictures. After she apologized over and over and promised to refund the second night, I made changes to our flights. Thank goodness for Southwest! She did ask if I would like for someone to come out and clean the condo again, but at thisk point it was 11:30 at night and no amount of cleaning would’ve helped us to feel comfortable. She then texted about an hour later and said I was to be out by 11 or she would not refund the second night!?! I told her that we had been inconvenienced enough and that we would not be able to leave at 11 just to sit at the airport for hours. She then told me to contact VRBO, and I haven’t been able to get a response from her since. I did contact VRBO and explained to her that they stated I was HER customer, and that SHE is THEIR customer, therefore, she decides whether or not we receive a refund. She has totally ignored me. If you like sleeping and living in flilth, this condo is for you. If your standards are higher, as are mine, I would stay far, far away from this unit. I really wish there was a way for me to attached the pictures to this review!
