With toys, books, porta cot, high chair, and stair gate provided, everything is set up for easy family travel. Only 4 mins to Margaret Mahy Playground and 17 mins to the airport—this is convenience and comfort in one.

Designed with families in mind, this well-appointed home offers space, comfort, and practicality for short or extended stays.

Downstairs, you’ll find a generous open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area—ideal for spending time together. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home, while the dining table comfortably seats six. The lounge is warm and inviting, with a heat pump to keep things comfortable year-round.

Upstairs is where the home really shines for families. There are three bedrooms: a king room, a queen room, and a third bedroom with two king single beds—perfect for kids or additional guests. Excellent wardrobe storage throughout makes this a great option for longer stays where you can properly unpack and settle in.

The home includes two full bathrooms, including a private ensuite, making mornings easy when travelling as a group.

Step outside to a sheltered patio with outdoor dining—ideal for relaxed meals or a quiet morning coffee while the kids play.

For families travelling with little ones, the home is fully set up with a porta cot, high chair, stair gate, plus a selection of kids’ books and toys to keep everyone entertained.

Guests have full and private access to the entire home, including the double garage, patio, and laundry facilities.

Secure electronic door access will be provided prior to arrival for easy, contactless check-in.

Please note the bedrooms are located upstairs and accessed via stairs.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $10/hour (up to 2 hours), subject to availability.

Our local Care Property Stays team is available if you need assistance during your stay.

We give guests space to enjoy their stay but are always available if needed. Our Christchurch-based team can assist with anything from local recommendations to property support.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
