Enjoy this private unique floor plan located on a Gulf Access canal for your boating pleasure, just tie your boat or a rental boat to the dock, relax in the large heated Pool area with a screen enclosed lanai, out door shower and an outdoor kitchen gas BBQ Grill. WIFI included. Streaming TV located in Living room and Master Bedroom. All rooms are equipped with central air and ceiling fans. Stainless Steel appliances, Keurig K-Cup and drip Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dish ware, Glasses, Pots, Pans, Linens and Towels, everything you should need for your vacation. Master Bedroom has a King size Bed with a en suite bath, large walk-in shower. The 2nd Bedroom also has a King Bed or can separate to 2 twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bath is also a pool bath. Visit our sandy white Beaches like Cape Coral Beach, Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach or some of our local restaurants with great Seafood and Pasta dishes. Close to Rum Runners / Cape Harbour and Camelot Isles.
