Relaxing getaway

I had such a peaceful stay here. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I loved sipping my morning coffee on the lanai. Ample amenities, clean and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind.

Location, location, location

Beautiful well kept home, lovely pool and dock on water. Close to Westin resort and restaurants, Cape Harbor Marina area with live music and Sanibel Beaches. A Gem!! Loved or stay as we did last year.

Superb Stay

Great place for the 3 of us; immaculately kept and supplied, especially with kitchen prep items. Pool use limited only by cold weather, but heat and cover kept it usable. Conveniently located to parks, beaches and restaurants, and our very helpful host John added his own picks. We really liked his personal touch!

Home Away From Home

My husband and I love staying here. The host has thought of everything you might need and has it readily available. The home is lovely, well cared for, and clean. Favorite part is the screened in patio and pool; we spend most of our time out there. We love it so much we’ve stayed there several times and consider it our home away from home.

Perfect Vacation House

This place was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was convenient to everything like the beaches, shopping, and dining. The swimming pool was one of our favorite things. The owner responded to us almost immediately when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place

We knew the minute we walked in the door and everything was clean and smelled fresh that this place was exactly as posted on the site. The pool on the lanai was so refreshing after getting warmed up in the sun. Fishing from the dock was our highlight of the trip, we caught a lot of snappers, and other species including a small shark. Got to see a manatee swimming up the canal. We will definitely be returning!

Great place to stay for vacation

A very delightful home to stay at while on vacation. We found everything we can possibly need to have a fun filled stay. The house is clean and comfortable, and we loved the pool and deck area and used it daily.

Lovely Home

This home offers everything you want and expect for a vacation. Open, clean, every amenity you can imagine and the perfect lanai and pool to enjoy being outside. Host is very responsive and easy to talk with.

Perfection!

Book it! We absolutely loved our stay! The pool is what drew us in... and it did not disappoint! Pool toys, perfectly heated, stairs for young kids, shaded and sunny... again, perfect. Beds were comfortable, our girls, ages 5 and 7, loved the pull-out twins. The kitchen had everything we needed. We dined outside for every meal and really enjoyed being on the canal. John was available whenever we needed him. Great location!! Make sure you check out the burrowed owls up and down the block, they're beautiful!

Exceptional property

This was our first time spending a month away and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. John the owner was very receptive and quick to respond to questions. The home was clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need from kitchen spices to pool floats. The location was terrific! Cape Harbor, the Westin and the Yacht club Tiki bar all offer shops, dining options and lots of live music. Easy to rent a boat and have delivered to the house. Sanibel beaches and biking 35 minutes away and just amazing. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Christmas in Cape Coral

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. John was highly responsive and checked in with us the first day to make sure everything was as expected. The home was perfect - clean, well appointed and has everything you will need from a varity of cooler sizes to a beach umbrella in case you want to take a short drive to Fort Myers Beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent!

We stayed at John's home in Cape Coral for our vacation. It is in a beautiful residential neighborhood, very close to stores such as Publix, Walgreens and Walmart, and a relatively short drive (20-30 minutes) to attractions in Ft. Myers. John's home is lovely. Kudos to John and his management and cleaning teams - the house has a very comfortable and homey feel, is tastefully decorated and was absolutely immaculate. The main living area was very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating and included the most well-stocked kitchen we have experienced in a vacation rental home. We felt very pampered in the main bedroom suite with the Egyptian cotton sheets on the comfy bed, the walk-in closet, and the roomy bathroom area. Since it was only the two of us staying there, we did not utilize the other bedrooms or full bathroom, but they were lovely, as well. We enjoyed the large screened-in lanai, which had lots of seating and a large pool. We also spent time fishing on the dock on the canal. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at John's home, and we highly recommend it!

Relaxed Week

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the house, only the oven could be a little cleaner. The facilities were very good and the availability of basic foodstuffs were helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
